Guess i should have read reviews before hiring Mr. Lavimoniere.

No Show. (see others had similar experience)

Called and spoke to owner a week ago said he would be here on the 14th in the morning around 8:00am. Called him at 8:30 and asked if was planning on coming, spoke to him and, he said he was leaving and would see me soon. As of noon, he has not arrived. Have tried calling and have left messages no response.

Not very professional will not use or recommend. Have called another provider for service.

I like watching Steve's videos on YouTube. He knows the plumbing, and HVAC trades very well. I'm originally from Connecticut and was a Boiler Technician in the US Navy that led me into the plumbing and electrical trades. I honestly believe that him and I would get along just fine. Our heads are on the same level. Just by watching his videos I highly recommend him. He's good.

Review for best real jobs / educational plumbing videos. Real logical, no frills diagnosis and resolution of boiler and general plumbing problems. Easy to understand and sensible. Other plumbers should follow his example and not look for the most expensive and time consuming solutions . If I lived in his coverage area, I would probably use the plumbing services.

Poor business service. No communication. No call, No show so called ""professional "". Waste of time.

I called for service on Tuesday and left a message. Called back on Wednesday and spoke to Owner, I discussed the problem i was having and he agreed to take the job for Friday. Gave address and phone #. Friday came and nothing. So I called at 11am no answer left message. Called again at 3pm and same no answer left message. Next day and still nothing. This HVAC Business is a waste of time. If you can't do your job, don't pretend and take the job.

it took me a while when i arrived n boston from the old country i thought boston people wererude but its just the way they are

UPDATE

Steve came by to repair a leaking drain pipe under the sink, visible in the basement. He cut it all out, replaced with pvc. Functional, problem solved. He was very nice, professional, and enjoyed talking to him while he did the job. He is also great for advice and I appreciated his extra time to explain things to me.

I called this company to service a space heater. Very rude and actually hung up on me. No very professional at all.

Called to service/repair tenants space heater, he immediately answered without coming out to check the unit. He said I needed a new one. 35+ years of experience so must know what he's talking about. I asked for a price to come out and install a new one, said he's too busy. Asked how long is the wait I could probably wait, said he has no time do it. Waste of your time to call, he's too busy..

So I calls him up last summer and tell him the a/c is blowin hot and he says to me ""maybe you aint got the thermostat on cold."" I says to him no, I dont think that is the problem. He then says, ""maybe you got the windows up and the cold air is blowing out. I aint got time for this."" and hung up.

Steve is great. Such a personality and does great work, fast and at a reasonable cost. Website does advertise emergency service which didn't seem to be available but did get a call back the next day and got quick service. This should be your local on call plumber, hands down.
