Hot water tank needed to be replaced, urgently. Left message at 6:30 AM, got a call back at 7:00 AM, and the technician was at my door by 10:00 AM. Excellent workmanship, and competitive pricing.
We had a horrible experience with this company. They never fixed our problem despite charging us thousands of dollars. We ended up going 8 days without water and had to hire a different plumber to fix it. Seems like all they wanted was money. Horrible customer service. Were NEVER able to speak with the owner despite repeated attempts. I strongly advise you to call someone else.
Called them at 4pm on a Thursday and they had a person at my house at 8:30am the next morning. The tech was polite and professional and got the job done quickly ! He gave me a variety of warranty protection for the work to help fit my budget. Have used them several times now and they are the GO TOO GUYS ! 5 STAR REVIEW.
We needed help cleaning up a half decent plumbing job I did with a well pump job a year prior to prepare for selling our home. Lavergne's plumbing came out, checked out the job, gave me plenty of options for preparing for our home sale and did great work with the option we selected. The great service and work was already worthy of a 5 star review UNTIL...
A few weeks later, our home appraisal came back with just weeks remaining before closing. On our list of things to update, there was a statement about need to verify a certain thing to be installed. Lavergne's worked hard with me over multiple phone calls and emails to find out what the request actually was for, provided the information the appraiser needed and helped us continue moving on with our home sale as scheduled.
Oh, and they sent us cookies in the mail after all was said and done.
Great service, very high prices. $460.42 for a 15 min snake. This was the second time we use their service, first time very reasonable, under $100.00.
Kathy Y.We had a hectic week at our new home and the water wasn't working for over a week! Even during the crazy snowstorm we had in the area and everybody had frozen pipes or burst pipes, LaVergnes saved us!!
They sent a friendly technician named Randy and he was super knowledgeable, explained everything in detail and did a great job. He took his time and we appreciate his work!
The reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars was having to wait over 48hrs for a invoice of the work provided from the dispatch.
They even sent us a gift!!!! Will be sure to refer to others as well call them if any work is needed! Just make sure ask for a receipt or price estimate before starting service Thanks again!!
Brenda Litke U.I would not recommend this company for remodeling. This company didn't Honor their contract with me. Part of the remodel of my barn into a mother~in~law apt was that I got handed a permit. Which Lavernge plumbing still has not given to me. I have called many times and get the run around from the staff. During construction I was told repeatedly that they got a permit from the city to do the work. Obviously they lied or why wouldn't they hand it over?
It's been almost 10 months since they finished the apt. Well, if you call it finished. They went over budget and didn't complete the job.
They demanded more money, even though we paid them promptly according to our contract.
This has been a horrible experience for me.
I had to hire someone to finish the job that I already paid Lavernge for.
M.K. K.Sketchy business. Don't use this company. I'm not sure they are licensed. Guess that falls on the consumer to verify....they did one heck of a butcher job to my property.
Avoid!
This document is in connection with my dissatisfaction with the billing concerning LaVergne's Plumbing & Heating, Everson, Washington.
I was charged $4000 for replacement of a gas hot water heater. The entire job took a little less than 4 hours for removal and replacement of the old water heater. When I questioned Chris (the plumber) about why the exorbitant cost to do the job he gave me several, I won't call them lies, but untruths. To justify the cost, he gave me these reasons:
1) In the last 6-7 months, the cost of water heaters had raised 300-400%. I checked with 5 other plumbing & heating companies and they all said that their rates have been pretty stable for the last 3-5 or so years. Their rates varied from $800-$1200 for the same water heater or one that was comparable. None of them said that their rates for hot water heaters had gone up 300-400%.
2) He said this was the top of the line water heater. This was untrue. It turned out it was the bottom of the line of all the water heaters of the company who manufactures the brand they use. Does not even qualify for energy star.
3) When I questioned him on the warranty, he said the heater was warranted for 10 years. I went to the hot water heater company's web site only to discover the model number warranty they installed was only guaranteed for 6 years.
4) Delivery of the water heater from their supplier was extra. The other companies said that cost is included in their pricing.
So buyer beware. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. Do not make the mistake that I made in hiring this company. Especially not in an emergency situation. To their credit, the job was done correctly, and I did manage to get them to refund $1500.

Please don't use this company. Although the extended warranty will cover their failed workmanship, expect a service fee for it to be honored. Also, their final solution to the problem I was having was not the solution. I am still dealing with the same problem.
