As a child, Lu accompanied his father, who owned a landscaping and custom water feature business. He quickly grasped the significance of customer satisfaction for fostering repeat business. He learned the value of listening to clients and delivering products that align with their needs. In his early adulthood, he gained experience at a water filtration company. He specialized in installing tailored water filtration systems for homes and businesses. Lu embarked on his plumbing apprenticeship journey in his early twenties. After facing health issues in his wife's family, they moved to Georgia, and Lu launched LAV Plumbing.
