He said he couldn't do the job because it was too big for him. He found some other people to do the job which was a good price, but I couldn't be there to check on the job so I couldn't be sure if he was going to do it. Plus we negotiated a price of $1470 to replace seals on 9 windows. The quote wasn't specific enough and the quote went up to $1987. On top of that, he wanted $365 for cleaning mold and reins a drain stopper. I did pay him $100 for traveling from Queens to Brooklyn and got some pics of the job site.

Lav is absolutely amazing! He did work in our place that seemed insurmountable and yet he finished them with such ease. We originally thought the fridge panel would not fit but he made it happen anyways. He contacted me promptly and communication is smooth and easy. Would definitely go to Lav whenever we have a handyman needs. Highly highly recommend!!

This guy had me waiting all day. First text said he would be there 9 - 10 am. Throughout the day he kept contact and made all types of excuses, i.e., I'm picking up material, lots of traffic, can't find parking. Finally shows up around 2pm. When I saw grout he purchased I asked him not to use it and to use the one I had since past experience with his was disappointing. When he stated that he was done, I did not like the finished product, (he bought beige grout, I wanted bright white). He decided that he would ignore my requests and use the grout that he bought. He offered to come back and charge me twice what he originally requested. I do not think so!
