Lav is absolutely amazing! He did work in our place that seemed insurmountable and yet he finished them with such ease. This guy had me waiting all day. First text said he would be there 9 - 10 am. Throughout the day he kept contact and made all types of excuses, i.e., I'm picking up material, lots of traffic, can't find parking. Finally shows up around 2pm. When I saw grout he purchased I asked him not to use it and to use the one I had since past experience with his was disappointing. When he stated that he was done, I did not like the finished product, (he bought beige grout, I wanted bright white). He decided that he would ignore my requests and use the grout that he bought. He offered to come back and charge me twice what he originally requested. I do not think so!
