Laury who team Shawn, Ed, Hugo, Jalen, Luis and George installed whole new HVAC system and tankless water heater. Explained whole project in detail, arrived on time, cleaned up daily and did outstanding quality work. So happy with our ""New"" system. Received a follow up call a few days later to see if I have any questions. Even sent us a beautiful fruit basket a week later with a letter thanking us for our business. Was a nice surprise to see there are still companies out that who appreciate their customers. Moving forward they will be our go to HVAC company. Best of all they are family owned & operated.
Lorre A.Laury had five days to fix a toilet preceding a party. They failed to show up for two out of four appointments. Came once and left for the day because they did not bring the proper tools on the truck. It is the day of the party. They said they would take care of it first thing in the morning. The party starts in two hours. They haven't shown up.
Horrible customer service and very unprofessional. The technician doesn't like to work on Lennox heaters. He told me this as he cussed up a storm about what the company and the state of Texas could go do with themselves. He broke 2 drill bits of mine trying to jerry-rig a part that was not spec to the heater and when he was done speaking with his Service Manager told me that they needed to order the correct part, but that it might not fix the problem and a whole new heater might be needed. This did not sit well with me. So I paid $165 to have nothing fixed with the promise of spending more money to possibly not fix it again. Not an hour after he left I got a mailer from Laury heating saying I could save 20% on my heating service. I thought it was weird that I wasn't offered this while he was at the house, but I decided to wait and speak with the office when I called today. Unfortunately the Service Manager was even worse. She argued with me about the 20% off, was ambiguous about how much I would be charged to make the repairs they talked about and could still not give me any reassurance that I would be taken care of as a customer if I needed to replace the heater. And when I actually started giving pushback about their pricing and service she fell on the tired old line that I could certainly go elsewhere. So I will. Because she wanted to argue with me about $30, I am now taking my $500 to possibly $3,000 worth of business elsewhere. I am willing to pay more to a company who will treat its customers with some professionalism and courtesy than give Laury heating another dime.
Wow! Just Wow. I called at 5:05 PM to get a technician out to work on our AC unit that wasn't blowing cold air in our home. The after hours on call dispatch should've clued me in on the service this company offers. Once the information was given, the technician called about an hour later. He had me check the breaker, thermostat and then came to the conclusion that we have a problem. He then said ""well how about I have someone try and call you from the office tomorrow and set up an appointment because your unit is obviously not working."" Great troubleshooting skills as it's now 80 in the house. Needless to say I didn't wait around for these idiots to call.
I ended up calling AIRTEMP @ 6:10 PM from the yellow pages. He was out here at 7:00 PM and had the unit fixed within 15 minutes. Best $136 bucks I've ever spent. This isn't a paid advertisement either. Call 856 935 5105 to get your shit fixed.
I just had a Carrier Greenspeed heat pump installed by Laury Services and the install went great and the system is awesome. This was a great investment. No more oil bills. The install team was great, led by Ed who showed attention to detail in all facets of the install. I would definitely recommend Laury to all my family and friends.
