We discovered a leak in a water supply line to our washer, and when we tried to shut off just that water line we found that the valve was frozen open.

I called Lauretti Plumbing on a Thursday afternoon and they came the next day. Mike and his helper called when they were on their way (which helped, so I could put the dog on the other side of a gate) and were very punctual. They got right to work and gave me a reasonable and very fair-priced estimate. Not only did they replace the old shutoff valves but also the hot and cold supply lines and got the washer hooked up again for us. They were pleasant, efficient, and got the work done for the estimated cost.

After a negative past experience with a big-name ""home services"" company that gave mediocre service and left us with a huge bill, it's refreshing to find a local plumber who does solid work for a fair price. We'll have a need for more plumbing work in the future as we update our kitchen and a bathroom, and we will absolutely use Lauretti Plumbing again!

Michael and his boys did a fantastic job replacing old cast iron sewage pipes in my basement & also installed a garbage disposal in the kitchen.

He gave me a great quote, came out, for the job he had to do it was quick & he was very knowledgeable & made it easy to do the appointment on my schedule.

Mike is fantastic. My husband and I had purchased a hot water heater (including installation) from Lowe's. The first guy Lowe's gave us made appointments 3 times and never showed up. Finally we requested another installer and they gave us Lauretti Plumbing. Mike and his office staff were professional, prioritized us and got the job done quickly and correctly. I will definitely hire Mike for our next plumbing project.

My 87 year old mother who is having some serious memory issues called Lauretti because she forgot that she had a warrantee plan for her hot water heater. I called Lauretti and his office, informed him of my mother's memory issue, cancelled the appointment and explained that she had a warranty company that would handle it. I had the appointment made with the other company when my mother called Lauretti again and made another appointment with him. Even after what I had explained to him & his office, he proceeded to go to her house and replace the hot water heater. My mother didn't even think to cancel out the other plumber.

I can't review this companies work because I could not get him to call me back. More than a week ago I was told by the hot water manufacturer that Lauretti would call within 24 hours. After not hearing from him after 24 hours I called, left a voicemail and did not get a call for another 24 hours. When I finally got in touch he said he could come the next day from 2-4 and I told him I would call back to make sure I would be here. I called back, left a message confirming the time. He called back the next day at 11:15 to tell me he could be there from 12-2. He left this message on my home phone and didn't bother calling my cell which I provided. I had already changed my schedule and couldn't be there 12-2. I called again, left another message asking to be put on the schedule for the following week as I was leaving for a four day trip and to call me and let me know when. I still have not heard from him 7 days later. I now have another plumber here installing the new heater as I am writing this. If you are having a problem with your Rheem heater - just use your own plumber - they will reimburse you or the plumber can get payment directly from Rheem.
