Water heater replacement installations are expensive these days but water damage from a leaking water heater would be even more. Gave these guys a call, got a quote over the phone and they were over here in 45 mins non emergency to replace a 14 year old GE that was no longer heating the water.
They were professional and knowledgeable, hopefully this Bradford White will last just as long.

Of course I had a plumbing disaster over the weekend - when else do these thing happen? I called Laurel Plumbing first thing Monday morning and someone actually answered the phone and said he'd call back to let me know their availability. 20 minutes later - Joe the plumber was at my door!

Joe knew exactly what he needed to do - and even had all of the parts on his truck. The job was messy and took a while - but he got it done and we were back in business - no drips - no nothing.

I haven't needed a plumber in a few years and the guy I had been using had the nerve to retire a couple of years ago. I will definitely call Laurel Plumbing again.

Laurel Plumbing has always been courteous, prompt and affordable. I've used them for a number of years. Recently they came out to do an emergency repair which typically would have involved replacing alot of pipes. Instead they found a way to use the pipes I had and make it work, saving me a great deal of time and money. Always leave the job site clean and are willing to explain all possible options as well as answer all my questions.

From the start I've had problems with this company. I set up an appointment initially and they said they'll be there and gave me a window of 10:00-11:00. At 11:15 I called to ask ""where are you guys"" you said 10:00-11:00? The lady on the phone said we must have scheduled you from 10:00-1:00 by mistake.

A little annoyed , I said ok. At 1:15 the guy didn't show so I called again to ask """"where are you guys"". She said I need to call Burney he should have been there by now. She calls him and says he's close. He gets there at 3:00pm (whole day wasted waiting for them). He stayed for 15 mins assessed the damage and leaves. I ask him for a write up and he said they will email it tomorrow (Saturday). I hear nothing back. I call Monday, can I have I have my estimate? They said they would e-mail it today. I called later when I didn't get it and I didn't get no one nor my estimate. I left a message.

That Wednesday Burney calls me out the blue and asks am I home I can drop estimate. I told him that I am not home right now (I'm not waiting for this guy or going home and breaking my plans based on his history), but I can meet you at this restaurant I'm going to eat at in Laurel I'll be there in about 30 mins. He says the estimate is now 100$. Which I thought was odd, but I wanted to get this over with so I agreed. He said he would be there in 30 mins. I Drive 20-30 mins away to restaurant. Sit in, eat (about an hour) call him / company before I leave (reach no one) and drive 20-30 mins away to my house. He calls an hour later, where are you? I'm home you weren't there in 30 mins. Him, Yes I was I walked in (Not true). Asked him what time he gave a fugazi time that didn't make since cause I was there. He said he would come to my house in 30 mins. After 30 mins I called and said he isn't there (reached no one). If he came and I didn't hear him I doubt it. If he did he didn't call.

I Call Monday, seems to be the only day to get people. Call to see if I can simply just pick up estimate from the place of business. Lady on the phone says it's not a open place of business to walk up to and your estimate isn't signed by Burney and he has to come in to do that. She said he would do today and we close at 5. Call about 3 to check status (Reaches no one). Call Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday ( reaches no one) and Left messages. Received no call back. This is where we stand to date. At this point I just want my estimate because they have wasted a lot of time out of my life. They owe me that much.
