They responded on the same day and performed three fixes, one of which was particularly difficult, quickly, cleanly, and for a very reasonable price. They are now in my contact list as the go-to plumber.

I needed a quick inspection for my 4 bathrooms and called first in the morning. I spoke with Kevin who was very professional and helpful. I got a quote right on the spot and Joe was at my home within 30 minutes. He was fast but attentive and also super friendly. He explained the service and problems with my toilets. Within the hour he was done with all three bathrooms and flagged the fourth bathroom for a future service. I'll be using their business again.

This father and son team came in and I could just tell, they came to fix the problem!! I loved how they worked together, so friendly and competent. what a team! And fix the problem, they did! Their expertise was so evident, and their approach to the clogged drain was exploratory and thorough. And charged such a reasonable rate! As someone else said, they have my business on the next job!! Missed first appointment, then came unexpected and unannounced a day later. Refused at first to even give a written estimate (apparently I'm not the only one based on the reviews) but when they did they wanted to charge me close to $150 to replace a brand new flush valve and flapper I'd just put in that week (said it was broken but obviously wasn't) and also a loose toilet handle.

After saying the flapper and value is brand new and I just bought them so they don't need to be replaced, I was told ""Well it's only a few dollars to buy them again so why not?"" Clearly he felt the money I already spent was meaningless and wanted me to pay twice for some odd reason to replace something that didn't need replacing.

Weird experience. Cannot recommend.

They did a great job and were very responsive. We have used them multiple times in the past, from installing a sink and a vanity, installing a toilet and fixing a link in your bathtub. Would use them again.

Water heater replacement installations are expensive these days but water damage from a leaking water heater would be even more. Gave these guys a call, got a quote over the phone and they were over here in 45 mins non emergency to replace a 14 year old GE that was no longer heating the water.
They were professional and knowledgeable, hopefully this Bradford White will last just as long.

Of course I had a plumbing disaster over the weekend - when else do these thing happen? I called Laurel Plumbing first thing Monday morning and someone actually answered the phone and said he'd call back to let me know their availability. 20 minutes later - Joe the plumber was at my door!

Joe knew exactly what he needed to do - and even had all of the parts on his truck. The job was messy and took a while - but he got it done and we were back in business - no drips - no nothing.

I haven't needed a plumber in a few years and the guy I had been using had the nerve to retire a couple of years ago. I will definitely call Laurel Plumbing again.
