My home warranty sent Laurel Plumbing to replace my water heater. Although the tech was friendly he marked all of the connections to the water heater as ""custom"" which meant they were not covered by the home warranty. Custom meant replacing the existing connection with a new connection. I could have replaced most of the connections with a $40 kit from Home Depot, plus $20 for the drip pan (other than a copper pipe which required soldering). As it was, they charged $370 for parts, most of which were re-used. As the home warranty covered the heater and labor, marking the parts as ""custom"" was, in my opinion, a blatant money grab. I would not recommend them.

We had a blockage in our drain which caused a blockage throughout our whole house. Due to the blockage it caused us to have no running water in the house. We called our home warranty who dispatched Laurel Plumbing. They are SOO incredible. They came out quickly, assessed and were very open with their communication on pricing and process and never left us guessing. Mike was the initial person to respond and was incredibly insightful and polite. Jesse, also the owner, came out to support Mike with the initial look through, they were thorough. They were a dream team laid out plans and gave us the step by steps moving forward. They returned for a work day to complete the already laid out plan. So insightful and helpful they were quick and had our problem fixed up fast. They got us situated and were able to give us transparent pricing to compare should we have wanted to go somewhere else for a deal. They are so good at their jobs, they know their stuff, and they have fair pricing. They genuinely look out for you and make sure the job gets done right. Thanks yall!

Don't let this young man's looks fool you, he has the experience of an OG. If there was a PhD for plumping, I'd say this guy would have one on his wall. It can be difficult to find a decent plumber during these hard times, let alone an excellent, professional, compassionate and hard working plumber like this guy. Jesse is one of the hardest working young men around his age group I've ever come across. Jesse's integrity and intelligence radiates in his plumbing work, and his whole team reflects these attributes as well. This kid is bright, with plenty of room for an even brighter future. Best plumber in town hands down!
