I was in a real bind today with a sewer line backup in my garage this morning. I had to get a professional over quickly and I talked with Laureano and felt that he had the correct equipment and experience to handle my problem. The main cleanout in my garage was not accessible because the cap could not be removed ( 2 other plumbers had tried and failed ) and Laureano had the perfect solution. He cut a small rectangular hole in the 4"" clean out pipe about18"" from the floor, just large enough to be able to use his very expensive power snake. He went to work finding more evidence of tree roots compromising my drain and did a really nice job with the blockage. He than proceeded to put a heavy duty patch to cover the small hole and two large, high quality stainless steel clamps to secure the patch top and bottom. Now if I have to have someone go back in, there is an already made, access hole waiting to be used. He did the whole job for less than 1/3 the price I was quoted 3 months ago, just to put an access hole in my vertical drain pipe, not counting the cost of the drain cleaning. I am really happy to find this competent man with years of experience to do work for me. I wrote this because those of you, like me, stuck in a bad situation, could use a review describing the very same service you might be looking for.
