Cody masterly installed a Level 2 EV charger at my house and also fixed a
few GFI outlets that were not working. Also installed an outside transformer for external lights. He was a real pleasure to work with and everything he worked on is working perfectly.

I will definitely call Laughlin Electric again when I need electrical work and hopefully be able to work with Cody again.

Called Laughlin Electric in an emergency, needing same day service. Spoke with Lucas. His customer service was positive and professional. He went out of his way to make a field call and  scheduled an electrician to arrive as soon as possible. Sure enough, 15 minutes later, Robert an electrician of 30+ years, arrived at the house. He was able to diagnose and repair the issue with a personable/professional attitude and skill. The follow up invoice/estimate was clear, concise and reasonable . I called to get an estimate for a few days of electrical work on my house -- they charge $89 for an estimate (applied to bill if you hire them). No other companies I contacted do this (though lots of other companies don't eve n return your call!). I declined to pay for an estimate. I have no information about their actual work since I did not proceed with them.

Laughlin's crew, especially Rob, was very responsive and detailed. We added can lighting to three rooms, hallway, and den, plus closet lighting and an exterior motion light. They were courteous and efficient. The price was very reasonable and they started within days of giving us a fixed price for the work and worked every day until finished.

Rob came out to fix a breaker that I thought I'd have to replace with more amps.

He informed me that there was nothing wrong with the breaker and showed me how to flip it properly by myself if my issue ever comes up again.

We had four new fixtures put in our bathroom by Laughlin electric. Very responsive to phone calls. They had a technician come to our house within about 30 minutes to give us an estimate and were able to install the lights that day. The technician did a great job installing the lights. They cleaned up after themselves. The price was reasonable. Most importantly the technician like dogs. I am very impressed and would recommend.

I haven't had any work done by this company yet. My subzero just stopped working on a Friday night. I called this company and although they don't work on weekends, they texted me on Saturday and went over what could be wrong. He spent a long time going over things before he can get here on Monday. I will let you know once the work is done.

I called Laughlin Electric after waiting for two days for two other companies to return my call (they never did). The kind man at Laughlin had an electrician at my house by noon the next day.
Andy, an electrician with thirty years of experience, quickly removed an unused floor outlet and capped it and made it safe. He also fixed a ceiling light. The price seemed reasonable and Andy couldn't have been nicer or more efficient.

Unfortunately when the electricity went out on my kitchen island and sink wall, I thought it was because Andy had cut the wire to it, so I called the company to tell them about this disaster. Again, the man on the phone couldn't have been nicer. Andy was at our house within the hour to show us how to reset the electricity with the black button and turn it on again with the red one. How embarrassing. Andy could have just called and told us what to do, but he wanted us to feel safe. How can you top that for good service?
This is a great company.
