Had a shower valve thing (what you turn to turn water on) problem. I tried replacing what needed to be replaced after doing a lot of research online in diagnosing what the initial issue was being caused by..... the problem. Water would drip slowly even when shower was off.

Seabrook has extremely hard water. I could not get what I needed to replace out, let alone broke the handle off trying to get it off as well.

Couldn't turn the water back on to my house because from what I had done, water was squirting out. So water shut off to house on a Friday evening. Called the big local companies to get someone out ASAP. Hard to live with no water at all. No one could get out until Monday. $1000 to get someone out from either of the companies as this was considered 24 hour emergency service

Searched in Yelp and came across this company. Talked directly to a man named Charlie. He listened to my explanation and came out early the next morning with parts he knew he would need to fix the issue.

He went right to work, knew what he was doing, and knew how to fix the problem. Thanks Charlie!
