STAY AWAY!!!!!! Absolute worst plumbers you will ever hire. They replaced my floor flange 4 times in 2 months and I still had to have someone else fix it. Replaced my tub and it wobbles and isn't level. They told me it's not their responsibility, now they don't return calls or emails and I will need someone else to fix the rest of their messes

Since EG does NOT want to help tenants with all the problems that we are experiencing and only tells us to complain to the people who are causing the problems, we will call 311 over and over again until this work is done properly. The nerve to tell tenants that they do not want to lose money due to us complaining. Why not deal with Lattys plumbing, the so-called ""plumbers"" who are ruining our apts. Instead of telling us let them get through the work while we are living like this. A stop order would not needed to be issued of the work was done right. Deal with Lattys and not the tenants with that snarky dont complain letter.

This company is the worst company ever. They have been working in my building for the past month or so and still my bathroom sink and vanity is sitting in my living room . My bathroom wall is cardboard held up with grey tape. My ceilings and cardboard wall leaks and I have told them on numerous occasions and they still haven't came to my apartment to fix the issue. The smell that comes from the open pipes and and cardboard wall are making me very sick on top of everything. Do not use this company . They are horrible and very unprofessional.

EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL... they're currently working in my building and are using an apt on my floor as a work up. Food everywhere on the floor, yelling, cursing, one day 2 of them started physically fighting - it has been a nightmare. Today as I was getting into the elevator one of the guys asked to hold it, and started loading tons of dirty equipment - to the point I barely had anywhere to stand... he then keeps the elevator open to wait for someone else to bring something looking back and saying ""you don't mind"" - I said ""I actually have to go, someone is waiting for me..."" he ignores- we wait- say ""C'mon, can we go now?!"" He completely loses it - starts cursing me out in front of everyone. Wished death upon me and my family. I've never felt so angry and unsafe. I went downstairs - came back up later and he goes off again talking to the other works... so now i have all these people on my floor that know exactly where I live showing no respect. Horrible and every apt they worked on had an issue. I think only a few actually know what they're doing.

I was very impressed by the service provided by Mr Latty. After spending waaaay too much money with various other plumbers to fix my boiler. I called the boiler manufacturer which had Mr Latty listed as a repair provider (check 1). They quickly made the appt for a tech to come and assess the problem (check 2). I was told that there was a fee for the tech just to come to the home, which I thought was a bit high, but after reviewing a few places, he had the lowest fee (check 3). The tech came, repaired and was paid. Unfortunately the problem resurfaced the next day. I called Mr Latty, promptly after my call (maybe 10-15 mins, a technician was at my home, check 4). He made a reassessment and did repair at no additional cost (check 5). It's been rare to find such efficiency, ethical practice and methodical work in the past with some plumbers that I've encountered. Mr Latty was not even aware that I was pregnant and had small children in the home, which meant I needed expedited service to fix my boiler, he just showed up to do what was promised, getting the work done. Haven't had an issue since and kids are staying warm. Overall, 5 star service.

I called and scheduled an appointment to have someone come by my apartment to give me an estimate re: moving some plumbing around in my kitchen and replacing my tub/shower body. Ian showed up in a timely manner, so far, so good. Requested that I send them dimensions of my apartment and requirements for my co-op board's approval. Done.

Never heard back. Called 3 times, each time I was told I should get the estimate soon and/or that day. Nope.

They may do great work once they're at your place. In this instance, they wasted my time. Proceed with caution.

Good work but a rip off. Charged $440 to connect a bathroom sink. Used some new parts, however, I supplied them with the sink trap. Before having them do any work, ask for a price.

I call on Latty whenever there is an issue with my plumbing. This is a company you can depend on during those winter months when the boiler fails.
Just 2 weeks ago Latty and his crew had to upgrade my gas pipes. They did all the work in one day, they cleaned the area and was done.
