Excellent and honest company!! They tested the water and only sold me why I needed. Another company wanted $5K to replace everything and up-sell on features not needed. LaTow proved a new water softener, cleaned up the old mess, and only cost $1.5K. I highly recommend this company!!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. IF there was any way I could give 0 stars I would. First off, they charge outrageous rates. I was charged $125 to rebuild a toilet kit (which basically all that needed to be replaced was a flapper that costs a few bucks). Secondly, a few months after the flapper in the toilet was replaced, it BROKE!! When I called Latow's Plumbing back and told them about the problem and that the toilet broke right after they fixed it I was hung up on! DO NOT USE LATOW'S PLUMBING UNLESS YOU WANT BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WANT TO BE RIPPED OFF.

They were able to give me detailed information on the well for the property I was considering buying along with suggestions & cautions for if I were to proceed. I was able to use their information to support the need for a seller credit and I purchased the home. They came out and did some reconfigurations at a very reasonable rate. Were on time and pleasant. As a first-time well owner, I had some questions and submitted them through their website. Dennis called me back and walked me through everything that needed to be adjusted to fix my issue (a power outage in our area impacted both the well & water softener timers). Very patient, pleasant, and thorough. Thank you!!!

Had a underground leak between the water meter and house. They came and located the leak and fixed in in short order! Did a great professional job at a """"very"""" reasonable price. Second time I had used their services. Highly recommend these guys!

Very happy, I called Friday morning and set an appointment for the afternoon. After I read some of the review I was concerned, however they were on time and got right down to the leak under the sink. I told them about a few other issues and concerns I had and they took care of each one. I did not feel that they over charged for the time and work that was done, I would call them again if I needed any other repairs. Good Job.

Called Latow on the recommendation of a friend. They came out, fixed the problem. They explained what they were doing as they worked. They were considerate of our home, using pads and towels as needed. After they were done I asked about the problem and what other alternatives I had if it happened again. They laid out several options and told us the pros and cons of them. Overall I would say to use them as they are fast, professional, polite, and know their business. I will say they are perhaps a little more than other plumbers but you do get what you pay for. In addition, they are usually about a week out for appointments so obviously they are a company that gets a lot of work. I bet a lot is from satisfied customers that call them back to do other repairs.

We were lucky enough to find Latow Brothers when we moved to the area 20 years ago and they have done an exceptional job every time we've called them. Extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and if something really doesn't need to be fixed or replaced, they will tell you rather that sell you something you don't need. We have been using them for 20 years for everything from our solar hot water heater, to our irrigation system, to our water softener, power flush toilets, water filters and much more. Highly recommended.

In 2016, the previous owners of my home had it replumbed. The work was to be inspected by the city inspector. It was not. I go too sell the home in June 2020 and could not sell until the plumbing inspection was done. (Also the AC had to be inspected but no issues from the AC installers) I call Latow, because they have to get a new permit and have it inspected. They told me they were charging me $234 to get a new permit and that I was the one that had to have the home inspected even though I was not the original purchaser of their service in 2016. The permit itself was 79$. I was being charged for their time even though it was a drop off permit request. I get the new permit that is now dated 2020 and wait for the inspection. The inspector says that it was not my responsibility to make sure that the house was inspected but it was the contractors responsibility. I used to recommend Latow but NEVER EVER again. Poor business ethic.!!

I have been using Latow Brothers Plumblng since 1998 and NEVER had the problem described in an earlier review. We have used this service for our irrigation, our pool service, Solar hot water heating and all of our plumbing needs from repair to new installation and trouble shooting. They have ALWAYS been professional, both in service and office customer relations . I know that there are some people out there that you just can't please no matter what you do and perhaps this negative review was one of them. WE have recommended Latow's to many, many of our neighbors and friends and have never heard a negative feedback. They have always tried to accommodate our needs, do extremely professional work and have come out off hours in an emergency. You can't find a better plumber than Latow's. They know their stuff and do it well.
