I have been using Manassas for 4 years now. We manage a couple properties in Long Beach and have our own house nearby as well. We regularly use him for our rentals. He is very responsive and takes care of issues quickly. In addition, his rates are definitely reasonable. We haven't used him for large jobs, but we use him regularly for small jobs (leaky pipes, leaky faucets, clogged toilet/bath/shower/sink). He is also very trustworthy with our tenants and we give him access to the keys for entry when they are not home (with proper notice) as well and it has never been a problem.

Used these guys once and I AM IMPRESSED!!! Owning an older home (early '60's build) with old pipes is always a crap-shoot-LITERALLY! Latino Rooter did the job, for the special price advertised with NO upsell pressure!!! EVERY other plumbing company ""quotes"" you a great deal, i.e., $50, 60, 75 dollar special, for one drain and then make all these stipulations to get that price. Must be on 1st floor, clean-out accessible, etc. Not these guys! They came, examined and did it for the special price quoted on the website. I'll be using them again, NO DOUBT!!!

Had a terrible experience with this person, that came with a bad attitude and kept acting like he is a know it all. Didn't do a thorough job at all, was here barely 30mins. Literally told me to f*** myself and when asked not to walked on our indoor rugs with his dirty shoes gave us a nasty look and kept walking. Please do yourself a favor and do not use this person. Before leaving he was aggressive and kept cursing in English and in Spanish.
Too bad for him I speak Spanish too. Also was quoted a price and before leaving he said he is gonna ask for more without any explanation or justification. STAY AWAY!!
