Highly recommend this wonderful company ! These guys worked so hard to fix our clogged drain on our AC- they came out as soon as we called them . In the hot heat of our attic, they worked for 3+ hours to get our AC going again.

They are our new go to Plumbing team !

I normally dont leave bad reviews unless it absolutely necessary. In this case, it is!!!! I would be very careful about using this service. The employee's are great and the employees are willing to do the job the right way. However, the owner is not professional (AT ALL). They came out to check a job for me in Conroe, TX. They charged me $180.00 and part of that fee was comprised of the owner Roy, coming out to do an estimate. When they were finished they wrote my card down on a piece of paper, the first read flag. They called me to let me know that my information was not correct and that they would need me to not only give my card information again, but that the estimate for the repairs had not been done. I simply gave some constructive criticism, telling them that, the owner should consider billing over the phone, to simply have the office call at the time of service and take the information, bill the card, and give a receipt or acceptance of some sort to indicate payment was made. I was told that this was unacceptable and impossible, because the owner is old school. I then stated that the job had not been completed as it was suppose to come with an estimate to complete the work. They told me the owner would call me back. The owner did call me back and instantly started to call me names, cussing at me, and not letting me get a word out. I finally had to ask him to shut up for a moment and let me talk. He then TOLD me I could talk and then proceeded to call me more names. I was simply trying to explain that I was happy to pay him, all I needed was an estimate, as promised. He then closed the conversation by calling me names and telling me to stick my money up my ass where it belongs. I am a real estate agent and a real estate investor, as well as owning other companies. I have to work with people all the time and pride myself on trying to get along with everyone. Constructive Criticism helps us to get better as business owners and provide the best service for our clients. I would say that this company has absolutely no interest in doing that, AT ALL. Again, proceed with caution!!!

This company has helped us out on numerous occasions from unclogging drains, fixing leaky pipes, busted pipes and installing a clean out for our motorhome. We highly recommend them! Great service and reasonable prices!

I was quoted $150 to pull the kitchen faucet. They turned off the water to the house, took out the faucet and determined that they couldn't install my new one, that I had puchased on my own. The cost for this discovery, $95. The cost for coming back out and putting a faucet in another $95. The price kept going up and up. I do not have a kitchen faucet to use now. The gentlemen that were here, told me that the owner was willing to complete an install, if I paid them $200 for a new faucet. I'm now at $390.....

Called them on a Saturday for a clogged drain. Even though it cost me a few $$ extra for the weekend work, they came, very professional and did the job! Drain works great and still a reasonable price. Thanks again Latino Plumbing!

Great price and friendly techs. They came out for a clog in the main line, but noticed a slow drain in the tub and took care of that too. They even showed me how to properly clean out the drains cause I was telling them how I had bought a snake to do it myself, but it didn't really seem to be working well. This was my first time using a plumber and I got a 2 hour time window when I scheduled for same day service instead of an exact time. Not sure if that's how it is in the plumbing world, but I will definitely be using them again.

Declined work claiming someone with my last name owed them money years ago. I just recently had them roto rooter a house that needed them to come back. I guess this was easier than honoring "the guarantee". Find a more reputable company.

After a recommendation from a co-worker , I called Latino plumbing and set up an appointment to have a water leak check out. Set appt at 4:00, told me specifically that he would have a truck there at 4. Took off work early, they never showed up, waited patiently over an hour. I called to inquire.... I do understand some jobs take longer and they may have been running late. He rudely told me I didn't have an appt, and he did not make an appt. for me. Funny how I was told exactly how much the trip fee and estimate would cost me. Not professional at all. I do not care for how he ran the business and how I was treated. Too many other businesses. I will never patronize this business.

Make sure you understand what you are getting , I understood they were going to pump out my grease trap, that didn't, happen. I was referred to them by a neighbor who used them and her tank was pumped out, after listening to her I really got screwed. I had used their plumbing services, no problem,but Beware of their sewer and drain services

I called Latino Plumbing to replace a faucet and unstop my bathroom. They were very helpful and fast with their service. The guys that showed up were friendly and professional.
When I had questions, they took the time to explain their process. They really went above and beyond on their customer service! I was happy with the quality of service and the modest price! They charged me half the price that another company gave me. Will use them again in the future!
