I hired Latigo Construction to complete my plumbing rough-in, which they did incorrectly. The layout was provided to Latigo during rough-in to locate the (2) p-traps and (4) water lines at the new bathroom vanity and it was only discovered to be incorrect when I went to complete the plumbing trim many weeks later. When I contacted the owner about the issue his response was to yell in to the phone that it was roughed-in correctly despite the fact that he hasn't personally been on site since he bid the project.

During the actual installation, the plumber assigned to the project was a no-show. Twice. Because he got arrested... Twice! It took way longer than it should have to complete the work only to find out it wasn't even done correctly.

Their price was high, but I went with them because they came as a referral. Big Mistake. There is virtually no chance the owner is going to take responsibility for his poor quality work. Plus, the owner is one of the rudest and least professional people I have ever encountered.
