Had a plumbing emergency over the Thanksgiving weekend. Water was everywhere! Just try to find a plumber open, right? Wrong! Stephen from Latham's came right out and had our problem fixed in no time. He was very friendly and didn't even mind our dogs ""helping"" him!

John was great! We called them at 9am on Monday with a clogged main line and he was here in less than an hour. He had the clog all cleaned out in less than 40 minutes! John was super nice and had a great attitude and worked fast to get our drains running smoothly!

Very brusque and unpleasant to work with. Did not offer proper paperwork for a several thousand dollar job, then got mad when I asked for him to send them to me before starting work. Charged quite a bit more for additional leak found. All in all, he (John) made the experience worse than it had to be.

Latham Plumbing is a local Ashland, family run business. I like doing business with local firms and as a bonus the entire transaction was friendly, efficient and for replacing a water heater at a good price.
It was pleasure dealing with Thomas and his father during the installation. The water heater was located in a hard to reach area and took two men to install.
