We called after hours around 7pm and this guy named Jim picked up and I told him about our clogged kitchen sink. He gave us a fair quote and told us he would be there around 7:45-8. I assumed it would be the next morning since it was after hours, but he told us he would be there that night. He showed up at 7:30pm and fixed it within 30 mins. He went to work and finished before the time he said he would come. This guy is fast, affordable, and friendly.

Very happy to have found this company! They were able to come right out in just a few days. Showed up on time and very professional. Friendly and knowledgeable about everything I asked. They came out for a foul order in my drain and they were able to snake the drain and fix the issue. Will be using them to remodel my bathroom tub. Found my new plumber!

We had an emergency of everything backed up. Even the shower stall was filled with dirty water. You get the picture. Well I called at 10:00 AM and Jim said he would be here between 11:00 - 11:30. Jim arrived at 11:00. Immediately went to work on the problem and had us flushing our x3 toilets within 30 minutes. We washed dishes, ran water everywhere and cleaned the shower bin. Everything worked well. I am in heaven being able to flush the toilet and then washing my hands. I'll never take simple routines for granted again. Yah Jim who is was very professional, fast, knowledgeable and respectful.

Contacted jim at 11:30 Monday morning the week of Thanksgiving and asked for a quote, he was by far the best quote and able to fit me in same day. Came by well within his appointment window, pressure jetted my lines and took care of the problem quickly. He was very helpful and patient with me running around while he worked. We had a backed up kitchen sink, so we called a plumber to come fix it. Jim responded saying he could be there in 45 - 60 min and arrived promptly when he said he would. He took a look at the sink, knew what to do, and had it fixed within 30 - 45 min. He respectfully removed his shoes at our door, seeing our shoes were there and covered his socks with the protective booties. We were so pleased with his professionalism and ability to fix our sink, we had him clear the drains in our two bathrooms downstairs! My husband and I will definitely call Jim if and when we have another plumbing/drain issue! The price was very fair and he didn't try to up sell or sign us up for a maintenance type plan. Much appreciated! He also shared some info with us about what not to put down the disposal, which we were not aware of. Thank you Jim!

I had a grease clog, I believe a father son team came to my house and fixed it. They were very kind and respectful and offered a fair price. No surprise charges or fake problems.

They also told me how to avoid my problem and other problems in the future.

They were also courteous of my pets.

They also stayed and let the water run for 10 minutes to make sure the sink clog was clear.

Jim called me within 2 minutes of my quote request submission on Yelp. He explained his process in detail and gave me a quote over the phone. We agreed on an appointment and he showed up at the scheduled time. He was professional and courteous, excellent customer service. Unfortunately, the building parameters of my condo prevented Jim from using the hydro jet and the clog was too far to reach with the snake. Jim explained that if he didn't fix the problem there was no charge. He came back the following day with a 30 foot snake and fixed the problem! The cost was the same as the quote given over the phone. I highly recommend Lateral Cleaning!
