We recently had the opportunity to work with Lateral Cleaning Specialists Plumbing when our family found ourselves with significant root intrusion which disrupted the flow from our toilets. Jimmie took the time to truly ""listen"" to our needs as customers. Jimmie was courteous, patient and understanding of our family's special needs, during these unique times. Once the job began Jimmie and the team were transparent, providing valued explanations to the family and worked hard to ensure a challenging situation was handled in a manner which mitigated the impact on our family. Once the job was complete Jimmie made sure the home was clean and all materials were neatly disposed. In these challenging times we all need professionals to assist with essential repairs, and we respect those who go above and beyond everyday to deliver on those needs. Jimmie and his team delivered the kind of valued and appreciated service families hope for, yet few receive. While one never expects to have the kind of issues our family had with our drains, yet we are thankful for the respectful service we received from Jimmie and the team.

I contacted Jimmy at LCS about a root clogged sewer line. He responded quickly and came out and fixed our problem at a reasonable price. Thank goodness for companies like this! I scheduled a service request through home warranty which usually is such a nightmare to handle. Received a call by 7am the next day and got a same day appointment! They came to my house and we're given the wrong information from the home warranty (no surprise) and didn't have the right tool on the truck. Instead of cancelling and making me wait they went and purchased the tool to finish the job. Later that night my plumbing was clogging in the tub and I called back to leave a voicemail.Jim the owner answered at like 9pm and walked me through how to try to take care of it myself. When I couldn't he came by to fix the problem the next day! Even followed up to make sure it was all clear. Didn't even have to hassle with the warranty. He really goes above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of, was so nice and really stands behind his work. Much appreciated!

They told me they would unclog the pipe and they did. Tried the auger, tried the hydrojet, called out a second technician, stayed as long as it took, and unclogged the drain for the price agreed upon.

We called after hours around 7pm and this guy named Jim picked up and I told him about our clogged kitchen sink. He gave us a fair quote and told us he would be there around 7:45-8. I assumed it would be the next morning since it was after hours, but he told us he would be there that night. He showed up at 7:30pm and fixed it within 30 mins. He went to work and finished before the time he said he would come. This guy is fast, affordable, and friendly.
