Jimmie brings over 14 years of experience in the sewer industry. He has traveled across the United States installing 4"" and larger CIPP sewer lateral liners. Jimmie loves his craft and is dedicated to helping clients overcome their plumbing issues.

I had this company come out on an emergency. I have worked myself for a Drainage company for 9 years and understand the word ""emergency""? We, unfortunately do not deal with plumbing issues! I spoke first with Kenesia in the office who was unbelievably pleasant! Then, I spoke to the owner, Jim. I was able to get two men out the following day as my sewage was going out into the street with a broken line and a back up into my home! The two guys that came out, Karlos and Jamontae showed up in POURING rain! They got to work clearing, cleaning and diagnosing the problems! They were efficient, sweet, kind, knowledgeable and took time to explain everything to me they found on their camera and video! I would give this company from the very first call and A+ rating and 5 STARS! Yes, we need major repairs, but I believe we are in good hands! Thanks Jim for running a great crew!

Just had Lateral come out to fix a clog. It appeared we had a major problem. I called on a Monday and they came out right at 8 the next day. Edward the tech was very knowledgeable, and easy going to talk to. Edward did everything he could to solve our problem, including going through our sewer pipe. He quoted us $1,400 . A lot of Money for us and said the owner would be in touch with us to go over the estimate, that was 8 days ago. I've tried call the company and the voicemail box is full.
The camera that determined we needed $1,400 could not go past one part in our sewer line. It was determined the pipe might be collapsed. Something much more dire than a root going through. But again, Edward said the owner would be in touch to go over this.
Since I never heard back from the owner, we got a second opinion. The second opinion determined this wasn't a collapsed pipe, no blockage. The difference I could see is the camera Lateral used. The other company's camera was better suited for the sewer pipe.
We really really liked Edward! However I would NOT recommend the company based on the non interactions with the owner

Had a stopped up toilet that we couldn't fix .LCS came out and repaired in minutes . Tech was grest and personable. Will use again.

Jim was great! He came out in less than 12 hours from my call. He was extremely helpful, professional and efficient. Will definitely use again if needed.

My home Warrenty had them come out & fix a stoppage problem in pipes. Toilets backed up. Not flushing . The guy came out & before he even did anything he said "" it's your tree roots"". I've owned my home for 25 years & occasionally plumage backs up . 2017, 2018, 2020. They did the rotoruter thing in 1 drain & they have to do both. it backed up again in 2 weeks . Home Warranty said I had to do a recall order with same company. so they sent message & I called . Now they want to run a camera to see why it's blocked again. I just asked them to follow the rules from home Warrenty of fixing it within the 30 days ,, he said thome Warrenty is just a vendor & they don't have to follow their rules .. it is supposed to be guaranteed work. The owner is telling me it's a new service fee ... and arguing with me that they don't have to fix it.
Don't use them thru a home warranty program. Ask for different company !!! They made me clean out the sewage mess of toilet paper & human feces. No other company has been like this. I've had great customer service from my contract hires. Don't use them !!! I still am trying to get this worked out . Horrible experience!!!! 2020 it was fixed & perfect for 2 years !!! Now 2 weeks .

Tito and Palani came out today to service my bathtub spout leak and bathroom sink leak. They also checked my hot water pressure in my kitchen sink and master bathroom. They were both professional, personable, and efficient. Tito is very knowledgeable and explained everything as they performed the work and even checked out some of my other fixtures based on me telling him what I was experiencing. They quickly got to work and fixed both leaks. I definitely recommend using Lateral Cleaning Specialist. I chose using them versus my home warranty company who had assigned me another company with an F rating on the BBB website. This is my 4th time using LCS and they always come through for me. Try them.

The only reason I gave this company a one star is because there is no negative. There was no confirmation call, email, or message...no communication what so ever after I made the Initial appointment. I had called the company five times to get confirmation on the upcoming appointment to no avail. I do not recommend lateral cleaning specialist plumbing if you are in need of a plummer... especially if time is of essence.

Edward just came out to unclog my kitchen sink. He was extremely polite and very through. I appreciated the quality of the work all the way around and would highly recommend him!

We had a bad experience with these guys. It was not with the work itself because we never got to him doing the work but it starts with miss ""sista girl with the attitude"" who deals with setting appts and calling customers. It started badly from day one. Put it like this, they left us hanging from June 14th - June 24th with clogged sinks they could not fix and diagnosed the problem all wrong, and their communication SUCKS. Edward was cool but couldn't fix the problem. They told us they would have to cut the wall to get to the pipes because of our pipes and previous work from another sorry plumber. Edward left and said he would be back, at the latest, Monday because they needed approval from the warranty company.
I didn't trust that things were being handled after he left so I call the warranty company on Thursday, Jun 16th to see if they received a request for the approval, and the warranty company states they have NOT heard from LCS and have not received their report. I call the chick with the attitude and she says they submitted the request and they are still waiting and have not received anything from the company. She then tells us that Edward was going to come out on Tuesday and that he would call us, which was a lie.
The approval comes back from the warranty company on Friday, Jun 17th. We receive an email from the warranty company that the approval was granted. We hear nothing from LCS. I contact Edward on Monday evening, Jun 20th and he still talking about they were waiting on the approval. I told him it was approved on Friday and I asked Edward was he still coming on Tuesday and he don't know what I was talking about. That pissed me off because this girl keep lying for no reason. I told him, the chick in the office said he was coming. He said he didn't know what was going on. So on Tuesday, June 21st, we call the warranty company back and we find out, they put in a dispute because they wanted more money for the job. So because they were going back and forth with the company, we suffer.
They end up settling the dispute on Wednesday, Jun 22nd and Edward calls me to let me know they coming by Friday between 12-3. I say ok. Then the chick at the office calls on June 23rd talking about they coming on Monday between 8-9 am. Here we go with half-ass communication. At that point, I was done with these folks and said ok, hung up, called the warranty company, and requested to be assigned to another plumber immediately,
We didn't feel confident with these guys and we were blessed with a great company, First Class Water Heaters, who hooked it UP!!!! We were assigned to these guys on June 23rd and they came out on Jun 24th and guess what? They didn't cut walls open and no pipes were replaced, they did the exact same thing Edward did and cleared the freakin pipe in under 20 mins. In and out, very quick. Charles knew his stuff and got us back up and running. LCS was out to get money and do unnecessary work. If y'all need a real skilled plumber who is professional, if you run into the shenanigan these guys, call Charles at First Class Water Heaters. He is THE TRUTH.
Oh and yes Edward came out today between 8-9 am. That shows you they don't communicate with each other to know that the job was canceled by the warranty company last Friday. Did I feel the need to call and let them know? Hell naw because they kept us wondering and confused so they got a taste of their own medicine. Communication is key. I see why they are with a warranty company to get jobs. Not sure they would stand strong on their own independently. Hope they get It together and reevaluate your staff and I'm not talking about Edward. He was cool. You are only as strong as your weakest link. Yall definitely have one.

My little brother peeled potatoes into the garbage disposal and well...that led us to lateral cleaning specialists! They worked around my busy schedule and sent someone out the next day. Edward Russell came out and busted his butt to help us! He was so professional, friendly, and VERY patient with our 4 barking dogs. Edward and Lateral Cleaning Specialists have our full recommendation!
