Just wanted you to know that we are being forced to sue the remodeling contractor Lasting Impressions Remodeling (http://www.manta.com/c/mxj1r64/lasting-impressions-repair-and-remodel, https://www.facebook.com/Lasting-Impressions-Repair-and-Remodel-431089706974064/, https://www.yelp.com/biz/lasting-impressions-repair-and-remodel-colorado-springs ).

We thought we found a good contractor as these guys were recommended in the Nextdoor app but after we gave them the down payment and material payments, they started to change their tune on what was covered and we were not comfortable starting the project.

We tried to resolve things amicably with the proprietors, Jarrod Holden and Crystal Emery, and we had an agreement (verbal and written) with them that they would give us a full refund of our money. But, now several months later they are refusing to honor the written agreement and will not communicate at all with us. We are now having to sue them.

We just want to make sure this does not happen to anyone else. We would not recommend this company. Please be very careful.

What a horrible contractor! Paid him over $17,000.00 and absoblutely not (1) item was completed and he had the nerve to walk off the job. Left voice mail threatening me if I didn't come up with more money. We had to hire different contractors to fix the botched work performed and bring up to code. Trust me you DON'T want to do business with this guy.
