Unbelievably bad company with which to conduct business! My unit and my neighbors both had the same plumbing problem, so the HOA scheduled an appointment with this business. I waited for the plumber all day for around 5 hours, but he never showed up. The office phoned me the next morning and stated, ""He was there, and service was done."" Who has come here? What exactly did he do? Our main sewer pipe is still backed up! I simply cannot BELIEVE how they conduct business with customers! (Our property has around 270 units, so I'm sure they blew a large commercial opportunity!)

UPDATE: The project manager confirmed that the plumber went to the wrong units and the wrong building the next day.
Following that, on 11/17/2022, I received a violation notice from our HOA stating that I had phoned the service but there was no water backup in my unit that the vendor's invoice says. The $206 service calling fee is my responsibility.
This happened totally unfairly to me because this company/plumber went to the incorrect building and submitted a fake report. I've been owning places for a long time, but this company is the most difficult to work with.

UPDATE: I will not email this business personally, instead, I will open all responses to the public. First, the plumber must confess that he went to the WRONG units/building, as certified by the HOA's project manager. The issue here is with the compliance manager who issued the violation notice and penalized me $206 as a ""service call charge."" Until our main sewer line was repaired, my unit had the backup.

This is what the HOA says
""RESIEDNT CALLED OVER AN ALLEGED BUILDING BACK-UP OCCURRING IN BUILDING, HOWEVER, NO BACK-
UP WAS FOUND. HOMEOWNER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR $206.00 SERVICE CALL CHARGE."" ( she made spelling miss a lot every time when she responded)

I understand that you wish to charge the fee to the HOA, despite the fact that your employees went to the WRONG units, but it is not my obligation to pay.
Either of you (the plumber or the person who handed me the violation notice) must be truthful and precise about what transpired that day.

I have no motive or intention of calling a plumber if there are no backups in my unit, to begin with.

I spoke to the owner of the plumbing company and my issue was resolved. They did fix my clogged toilet. So I updated my review to good.

Scheduled plumber to install water softner, guy showed up without the necessary parts. He had to go get them. Then tells me I need to have a hole drilled in my garage for the drain hose. Doesn't finish the job. My friend comes over and the drain pipe is right by the softner connection. My friend had to finish the job.

I had an appointed scheduled today from 10a-2p. I received a call at around 8:30a stating that a technician was on his way and would be to my house in approx. 20 mins. I then receive a voice mail shortly after stating that the technician was in a accident and that another technician would be to my house within a couple hours. At around 12p I called LV Plumbing to check the status of the other technician and was told that they were on a ""larger"" job and it could be a few more hours. Around 3:30p I called again to check the status and I was told that a plumber was finishing up paperwork and would be immediately to my house after. At 4:30 I called back to again check the status and was told that they would get an ETA and call be back. It is now 5:30pm and I have not received a call back nor has a plumber shown up. My appointment was from 10-2p. I have a bust pipe in a wall with water leaking everywhere and 2 young children in my house. I had to shut my water off because of this and thanks to this companies negligence I most likely won't be able to get a plumber out until tomorrow. I would never spend a dime with this business after the experience I had today!

Had an appointment for a free estimate. They canceled. I suspect appointments are free unless something more lucrative comes along. Don't waste your time with this company.
