Las Vegas Plumbing is amazing. I use them for all of my plumbing needs. For my own house and for the two condos I own as well. They make sure to get the job done. I would highly recommend them for all of your plumbing needs.

I am very unhappy with the service I got from Las Vegas Plumbing.

Our condo got flooded from another unit and our HOA had LVP on site for repairs. The HOA thought it made sense to use one company for the repairs in all 7 flooded units, so I went along with it. When the repair contractor said that we needed a new angle stop I called LVP.

I gave specific directions to LVP which angle stop to repair and asked them to check all the others as long as they were there.

Work was done, all stops were reportedly fine.

My contractor called me the next day and said that we still had a leaky angle stop, the one that was the original problem!

LVP told me that my contractor had told them not to repair that one and to repair another one instead (strongly denied by the contractor). If I wanted it repaired, I would have to pay again for another service call. Remember, I had asked them to check all angle stops.

Eventually they came back out after much hassle.

Months later, as my toilets were being reset, guess which angle stop was leaking again!! This is after not being used the entire time since installation.

LVP told me that this new, never used angle stop that they had installed was faulty and that this happened frequently.
It was also out of warranty as they only give 30 days warranty. I had to pay to replace it.

Three visits for one twenty minute job, about $250.00.

That is rotten. That is wrong on many levels and has left me angry and cynical.

I will never use them again. I have told our HOA to not use them again.
I am suggesting that no one else use them again.

Las Vegas Plumbing was recommended by a friend . Our water heater went out and we had family staying for the weekend. We called Saturday nite and they came out Sunday morning and installed a new one at a good price. L. Bushman , Henderson Nv.

I hired Las Vegas Plumbing to fix my fire pit. They knew I needed it done quickly because I had company coming. They showed up when they said they would and were very reasonable. Everything works great and they cleaned up after themselves. Great

About 3 weeks ago I realized we had a leak in the kitchen and didn't have hot water. I call Las Vegas Plumbing and they sent Ryan (the owner's son) to our house for an estimate. Between the kitchen and a problem in one of our bathrooms Ryan estimated about $600.00 to fix both problems and I agreed with the quote. This was Tuesday; by Friday nobody contact me to start the job so I called them. Steve H. (the owner) now comes on the phone and said the quote was too low and that $600.00 would only fix the kitchen. Again I agreed and asked them to work on it. They came back on the next Tuesday and started. After breaking the concrete outside my kitchen without finding the source of the leak they decided to reroute the pipe which they did. They all left my house at 6:30 pm telling me they would be back next day to fix the concrete and the stucco wall they poke holes in. The day came and went. I called them and the receptionist told me that Steve have nothing else to say to me, I said ok but told her that he would contact me since they left and didn't collected any money. Sure enough Steve call me and now was asking for $200.00 extra to fix the outside of my house. I regretfully agreed with it. Today is Sunday March 6,2016 and Steve came to my house at approximately 7:00 am and had a person with him who would fix the stucco but not the concrete. While speaking to them Steve told me to pay the guy $250.00 to which I said the deal was $200.00 extra for a total of $800.00 to fix everything. Steve words to me were ""k.. my a.. you m..... f..... "" to which I reply get off my property. I found his aggressive behavior a little disconcerting and out of line since they were the ones quoting the price. If they make a mistake they should own it and take care of the customer even as we agreed with the higher price. I wish I knew how to post pictures so all of you could see the mess they left. At this point I'll have to get people to fix the mess they left and I hope never to see them again. I'll contact the BBB and inquire about my options since they never gave us anything in writing which is also non business like. Channel 13 also comes to mind so people would not have to go through the same thing I'm going through now. I have to pick one star but is really less than 0.

I have used Las Vegas Plumbing for over a decade and were quite happy with them, BUT
They scheduled an appointment for Friday (22Jan16) between 12PM and 3PM - I took 4 hours leave to be home. At 3PM they were a NO SHOW. I called - they said they would be there by 5PM. NO SHOW. Called back. Las Vegas Plumbing rescheduled for Saturday between 1-3PM. Guess what, another NO SHOW. I called, got the answering service. Well at 5:18 the plumber calls and says he is on his way. By that time I was no longer home waiting and waiting and waiting.

They called this morning and wanted to know how the repair was done. I told them WTF hjad NOT happened.

NO MORE CHANCES - Las Vegas Plumbing is NOT RECOMMENDED and is ogff my list of acceptable merchants.

I I could give them a ZERO rating I would, they earned it!

I have used Las Vegas Plumbing for over 20 years My house was built in 1942 so of course it has plumbing issues. They have done everything from completely rerunning all the plumbing in my house. To changing my water main to the street. When Changing my tub, they had to cut it out because the house was built around it. And tiled the shower, changed my toilet and sink. Snaking my lines and fixing leaks from busted pipes from a freeze. They even helped me with a gas leak one time and some sprinkler system issues.
They are the most honest and fair priced plumbers I have ever used. If pipes had life left in them they would show me what was good and what was bad. Instead of trying to upsell me to replace everything right away.

I had a water heater put in 2000 it lasted until 2014. That's a long time considering Las Vegas has such hard water. Then I had them put in a tankless water heater. I don't have to pay to keep 50 gallons of water hot when I'm not using hot water also it never runs out. Now I only pay for instant hot water when I use it.

It's like having a best friend that's a plumber.

I highly recommend Las Vegas Plumbing. I'll tell you it's a big relief to not have to worry about a plumbing issue breaking my bank account. NO JOB IS TO SMALL is so true.

Thanks Las Vegas Plumbing. You have earned a customer for life.

Recommended by my daughter when during our renovation and move in we found there was no hot water. They came the next day to install a water heater, only to find the incoming hot water lines were leaking under the slab of my new condo. Tom came the next day with Sean and after cutting 11 holes in my newly painted condo (ceiling & walls) they found 3 more leaks and fixed it all in 1 day by re-routing all the hot water lines through the ceiling. I recommend them highly for their kindness, compassion, quality of workmanship and superior service. They even helped clean up. These people are great!

Got LVP number from a neighbor. Called on a Saturday afternoon for a broken bolt in a toilet.
Received a response within 5 minutes. The plumber showed up within the half hour and repaired the toilet. His quote was exactly what he told me when I described the problem I was having.
LVP will be my go to company when I need service in the future.

They are awesome. Had broken shower handle and couldn't get water to shut off. They were here fast and fixed it immediately. Reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend. I'll have them back for other repairs for sure.
