We have a 6-month old home in which the air conditioning has failed twice. The original plumber who installed the unit wouldn't return calls and failed to show up when we had 87+ weather.
We called Agua Azul who came the next morning and uncovered a huge error made by the previous plumbers. Agua Azul returned the next business day and did a huge repair job, vacuumed up their mess, and touched up the paint where it was scraped. Agua Azul (Brian and Alex) were efficient, hard-working, conscientious, highly-experienced, and superb trouble-shooters. They were more than EXCELLENT! Gerard who owns the business is an excellent communicator, returned calls immediately, and kept us informed about scheduling.

I live in a rural area in southern Santa Fe County. Aqua Azul Plumbing was called at the last minute on Friday afternoon around 4:55 pm and I was trying to help out. Our neighbors needed help with a plumbing repair on a broken frost free hydrant.. AAPlumbing came out promptly and corrected the problem. I cannot say enough positive things about this excellent company. I woke up today and my furnace was not working! No one in town could manage to come and help me on an emergency basis--they all said they could come in December--December! Can you imagine? I'd be frozen to death by then. BUT CARTWRIGHT'S WERE SO CONCERNED, AND CAME OVER VERY QUICKLY!! Jorge and Elmer arrived and the furnace problem was fixed rapidly. They were so professional and pleasant to have in my home, so I will definitely use this company again for all heating and cooling needs.

I needed a repair for a leak that occurred under the sink. Cartwright plumbing was absolutely amazing. They were able to get the best technician to our home the same day. He was meticulous in explaining to us where the issue originated, how it needed to be repaired and that he could do it on the same day. After two trips to Home Depot to secure the appropriate parts, he was able to completely repair the issue. I cannot speak highly enough of Jed. Competence, friendliness and honesty is impeccable.
