We found Morgan and LaRue's Plumbing on yelp and when we saw the positive reviews decided to give him a call to get an estimate on renovating our two small bathrooms. We had contacted multiple contractors and many of them would come out, look at our small bathrooms and then never call us back. That was not the case with Morgan. He was thorough and punctual when he came out to give an estimate and sent us an email with price ranges/breakdowns for all of the work within a few days. Luckily his schedule was not too busy for the time frame we were looking at and he was able to fit us in within a month. From the first meeting, we appreciated his honesty about having other jobs as well and encouraging us to contract out some of the install of the cabinets and counters. He arrived with his family crew when he said he would start work and continued to come as scheduled. Him and his father were very knowledgeable about plumbing and continue to give us sound advice whenever needed. All of the plumbing work they did for us has held up though and there have been no problems. The only reason for losing a star would be that he seemed to have some trouble balancing jobs, especially when an emergency plumbing issue came up at the very end of the project. We were hopeful this problem could be taken care of quickly but he schedules projects back to back so he had to come whenever his schedule permitted which was frustrating and time-consuming. He did however get the plumbing issue fixed eventually and we have been very happy with our bathrooms!

I needed a water shut off valve installed, new water heater, and a complete replacement of the room that houses the water heater amongst a few other things. LaRue's was quick, reasonably priced, and took care of everything without needing me to take off work and sit at home with them. It is really nice that they just took care of everything for me at once rather than having to call one contractor to do the plumbing work, one to install the water heater, and one to redo the drywall. Very few plumbers do drywall work. They even put up the mold resistant kind so that I will hopefully have less issues down the line and sealed the room. Coordinating that many different contractors would have been a nightmare. They also showed me a few issues I was not aware of and fixed those for me as well. Very knowledgeable, prompt, and guarantee their work. Overall I am very satisfied and will use them again in the future.

LaRue's Plumbing provided professional, quality work at a reasonable price for several projects in our home. Additionally we felt comfortable trusting them with a key to access our home while we were at work which made it easier for them and us during the shower demolition and rebuild projects. Our home is old and always has surprises but they were able to solve unexpected problems and clearly communicate the issues and options to us. We appreciated their attention to detail, respect for our home and family and hard work to give us two new beautiful showers and bathroom sinks.

We got a referral from my dad since he used Morgans dad for a job in the past and was more than satisfied with his work. Our main water valve shut off was rusted and leaking so we gave LaRue's a call. He made it easy to set up an appt to get an estimate. We did the necessary work on our part (some digging) and just as easy as the first time, he came down and did a GREAT job welding the new valve on. Very professional work. We will be using him again shortly for another valve in our backyard.

I initially found LaRue's Plumbing through Yelp when I needed an electric water heater to be replaced. LaRue's Plumbing is a small, family run business and Morgan (owner) and his family are simply the best! Morgan's father, Mike, is a master plumber with over 25 years of experience and Morgan himself is extremely skilled, knowledgable, super-friendly and utilizes superior materials and methods in his trade. What I really liked about Morgan is that he'll take the time to explain how money could be saved by either using cheaper materials or methods that can accomplish the job quicker but in the end, you don't want to do that (just to save money) because you want the job to be done right the first time and last for a long time. What I also like about LaRue's Plumbing is that they're a small, family-owned and run business so they're super friendly but still very professional and they do excellent work. If you're looking for a plumbing company don't look any further. Give LaRue's Plumbing a call and ask for Morgan.

I requested an estimate and this company responded by saying they needed to stop by to provide an accurate estimate. I responded quickly to make arrangements and didn't hear back. Two days later, I sent another message asking if they were still interested. It's been another two or three days and still haven't heard a peep. If they are too busy to provide an estimate, they should not waste my time by implying they are interested. If they want clients to be respectful of their time, because time is money, they should do the same in return. Shortly after posting this review, I received a message from the owner. He apologized for not responding and said it had been a bad week, he had been sick. He said he was sorry that I was hurt. Hurt, no, disappointed, yes. I contacted this business because of the good reviews and was nearly certain this was the company I would hire. I found it odd he could not respond in a timely manner to my messages, but he very quickly responded after seeing this review. I've amended my review from a 1 to a 3, but I won't be hiring this company. Hopefully the owner has learned from this incident. Saw his comment to my updated post. I was in Hawaii when I sent the request an estimate for work to be done on my dad's house. I was back home in Texas when I posted this comment. We are five hours ahead here.

Great customer service, called them and got a free estimate to do a half bathroom toilet and vanity sink remodel! Morgan and his crew came to help us remodel our half bathroom and they definitely went above and beyond for us. they added molding around my vanity and painted even though it wasn't in their contract. They really take great care of our home, they protected the floors and cleaned up real well after the one day remodel was complete. Thank you so much for your service!

Highly recommend LaRue's Plumbing. Morgan, the owner is prompt, knowledgeable, thorough, careful, and honest. He did two different projects in our condo and both were done extremely well. Morgan removed a tightly fitted 25 year old bathroom vanity faucet fixture which involved modifying the cabinet, and then installed a new faucet fixture. It looks beautiful. The other project he did was fixing the work of a different plumber who did not install our garbage disposal correctly. Morgan is patient and takes great pride in doing his work with excellance. He is great at communicating and his prices are fair, and extremely reasonable for the quality of his work. Will be calling him again for all our plumbing needs. Thank you Morgan!
