I had a plumbing issue and needed to get it fixed quickly. Morgan was able to move some things around in his schedule and fit me in within a day at a good price. No surprises - just quick, quality service - highly recommended.

On 10/20, I made an appointment for the 28th with Morgan. I contacted Morgan on 27th to confirm the appointment and they told me that they were booked up but that they might be able to squeeze me in at 3. I do not understand why they made an appointment with me on the 28th if they were booked up, or possibly my appointment was not important enough for them, so they moved my appointment on the side? I waited for 2.5 hours for them on the 28th and they did a no call/no show. I had to contact them saying that I had to leave to pick up my son and could not wait any longer for them. They said "sorry, I couldn't make it today." I said that it was ok and if they would be able to come tomorrow. They failed to even respond. I am so disappointed because their work looks nice online. I really wanted to get my toilet replaced, bathroom hardware installed, and I wanted to see if I could get a quote to retile my kitchen and bathtub. I guess my project wasn't important enough.

Excellent 5 star customer service. Honest, friendly, hard working. We did a full bath remodel from a single shower stall to a full walk in shower. they offered many great suggestions to improve on our renovation. In the end it had exceeded all our expectations. The renovation of my 2 showers was recently completed. Morgan and Ritchi did an outstanding job. Morgan was very easy to work with. He communicated well, was on time, followed the condo house rules, and finished the project within the stated timeline. .
Most importantly, Morgan is very trustworthy and honest. I was not able to take time off from work, so I left him my apartment keys. At the end of each day, Morgan called me with a full update and provided pictures. He called me during the day if he had any questions. He also left his work area clean and tidy. Nothing in my home was touched or went missing.
I would definitely call Morgan again for future projects and highly recommend calling LaRue's Plumbing.

Great customer service, called them and got a free estimate to do a half bathroom toilet and vanity sink remodel! Morgan and his crew came to help us remodel our half bathroom and they definitely went above and beyond for us. they added molding around my vanity and painted even though it wasn't in their contract. They really take great care of our home, they protected the floors and cleaned up real well after the one day remodel was complete. Thank you so much for your service!

I had an urgent plumbing situation w/ water leaking from a toilet in one of my rental units. When I phoned LaRues Plumbing, Morgan said he was busy on another job but would come over as soon as possible. Once he arrived he quickly was able to find the leak and fix it.
