This company significantly over-charged us. They did work for us on a couple of previous projects so we thought we could trust them. That said, we did not get a bid or check with other plumbers prior to this current project. That was a big mistake. Chris, one of the owners, admitted we were over-charged by the other owner, but only offered a $200 price reduction (on a future project). After having checked with three other plumbers after the project was completed, we found that we were over-charged $800+. We also learned that the hydrant could have possibly just been adjusted, rather than replaced, but Larsen did not even check for this. Buyer beware if you choose to roll the dice with this company. They got our money this time, but never again.
