Do not use these people. My house is ruined by their faulty work. The work is almost as bad as the horrible customer service (lack there of), when some one ruins your house with water damage I think its natural to be upset. Their secretary thinks otherwise. There is no amount of money that can fix this! Plumber came back and took evidence, and my toilet still doesnt work.

Amazing speed for non-emergency with showing up on next day at 900 am as scheduled. I forget the guy's name due to the early morning schedule, as I am a night shift type. M - something? Great guy and very attentive to all of my concerns with house I bought 6 months ago and any preemptive measures that needed to be taken. It was a general inspection and he answered all of my questions and saved me a whole lotta hassle on how to flush my water heater and how to avoid sewer gas during summer! He was professional and was very thorough. $125 is the automatic first hour fee. And it was very reasonable in that many others may have taken advantage of the inspection type situation. He found nothing of real concern and will even check on water filter availability for me! I recommend this company for all of your plumbing needs!

Tuesday evening before Thanksgiving our water heater just quit. We tried several times to relight the pilot light, and got nothing. I called Larson's early Wednesday morning but they were totally booked out. They would ""work us in"" on Monday. Our family of 18 members were scheduled for a condo here in St George for the holiday so we turned everything off to the water heater, electricity/gas and left. Plenty of hot water at the condo. Today, Monday, Todd and assistant rang about 1:30 pm. They checked out the water heater and got it working. I asked if they had time for a couple of other plumbing jobs I had on the list and they were so gracious they replace a garbage disposal in a prep sink with a regular drain. Fixed the turn on valve in a shower and took care of a hose that obstructed storage under my sink. They were polite, efficient, and extremely helpful educating us on how to take care of the water heater if it happens again. The price was very reasonable.
The guys are great! They plumbed our house when it was built, and have been good to come one other time they were needed. I give these gentlemen a 5+.

This companies service is so amazing. I've hired them three times for several plumbing issues and they were timely, professional and reasonable in their pricing. They installed sinks and fixtures and made some repairs. Each time they've completed a job for me, their work has been impeccable. The repair person even took his shoes off before entering my home without my asking him to. What a friendly professional crew! You won't be disappointed.

The way they installed the bath and shower fixtures is awful. The faucets in the tubs have been loose since day one and the taps on the sinks have been loose since day one. Not a fan of their work at all.
