I first used Larsen Plumbing 2 1/2 years ago upon a recommendation from a friend. The water pressure was so high, it hurt to take a shower. A quick response and installation of a new regulator without charging me an arm and a leg. Today I had the opposite problem...NO water pressure!!! Dave was going to come out, but when I told him what was wrong he had me try something and figured out it was my soft water tank and not my plumbing.
It's nice to find an honest, reliable company. Receiving a GOLD STAR from me and I would highy recommend Larsen Plumbing.

I first came across Larsen Plumbing more than 10 years ago. My husband left for work, I took a shower, and there was no hot water. I went out to the garage and there was a big puddle of water from our old hot water heater. Being a proactive and handy mom, I turned off the water to the heater and started making calls. The first call I made was to ""Affordable Water Heaters."" They arrived a couple hours later, and wowzers! Talk about a misnamed company. They wanted $1400 to ""bring the heater up to code and replace."" Now mind you, this was over 10 years ago, and it should have been about 500 bucks. First, it was already up to code, we had just relocated the unit within the garage about a year earlier and it had been brought up to code then. So...liar liar pants on fire award to Affordable Water Heaters. I looked in the Yellow Pages...(Hey...it was a long time ago..) for a local company, and found Larsen Plumbing. They came out right away, said the water heater was up to code, replaced the worn out unit for a fair price. And I was the genius wife who didn't bother her very busy husband at work with the home repairs.
Fast forward a couple years, I buy a new dishwasher, and since I'm a relatively handy mom, I'm going to install it myself. I had installed my old one, so I figured no problem. Except.( I swear, with plumbing, there's always an ""except"".) None of the hoses were the same. The connections were different, I couldn't get the angle stop to completely turn off the water, so I was going to have to shut down the house water. Which leads me to think I should replace the angle stops under the sink since they were almost frozen. Yikes. This is getting out of hand. I called Larsen Plumbing, and they came out, replaced the old angle stops, installed the dishwasher and made me a very happy woman.
A few more years pass, and I'm having a particularly bad day in a run of particularly bad days. I'm sitting in traffic, again. I look up at the skies and say, ""Could this year get any crummier?"" The powers that be were listening, and their answer was, ""Why yes. Yes it can...let me show you..."" I came home to a backed up kitchen sink, which my drain guy tried to clear and pulled mud back. Apparently there isn't supposed to be mud in your sewer lines. Yep, a broken sewer line, under the newly laid wood floor, and under the concrete slab in my dining room. Ah, the joys of home ownership. We had a home owners warranty at the time, so I gave them a call. They would only cover $1000 of the repair, and the guy they sent out said it would be $8000. Gulp. I negotiated with the warranty company and got them to give me the $1000, so I could hire my own plumber, and it was Larsen Plumbing to the rescue once more. The guys came out, jack-hammered my slab, fixed the line and patched the concrete for less than half the cost the other guy quoted me!! They were super careful and taped up plastic everywhere doing all they could to keep the concrete dust down. (I handled the wood floor stuff, thank goodness for floating laminate wood floors!)
Since then, they've repaired a leak in my kitchen ceiling, and replaced the pressure regulator in the house. They even came out the day after Thanksgiving and saved my bacon when our sewer line backed up and my regular drain clearing guy was out of town. Larsen Plumbing....local, family owned, honest, fair, fast, efficient, professional, clean....they're not just on my short list of great plumbers to do business with...they ARE the list!

Hot water heater emergency! And Mom's coming tomorrow. Called Larsen plumbing and they fixed the problem first thing. Quick work. Fair price. Clean job. Local company. Can't ask for more.

I was out of town and got a call from the water company that my service had been shut off due to my sprinklers running all night. I called Larsen plumbing and they got out to my house within a couple of hours to fix the problem. Thanks Dave and Chris!

Friendly, punctual, affordable. We had our water pressure fixed and many other repairs done by Larsen Plumbing we are very happy and will use them again.

We have had Larson come to our home to install a water heater and most recently to replace corroded valves for a new washing machine. They are quick, efficient, very nice and easy to work with. Both times the guys went above and beyond my expectations. They are now my 'go to' plumber.

Had them out today for the first time. I thought there prices were very fair and I was extremely happy with their work. Chris also gave me a tip for how to prevent the same problem in the future. I will use them again.

If I could give them zero stars then I'd do that. Terrible service. We had a simple job of installing an Everpure filter under our sink. It would run through our sink faucet so no extra installation work was needed. As simple as you can get.
We came home to a flooded kitchen floor because he had not properly installed it. After cleaning up the mess, we called Larsen and were told that he couldn't come fix the problem that night. It was 7:30pm, not very late and considering he was responsible he should have come out ASAP to fix it.
When I voiced my frustration he promptly said ""then don't pay me and get someone else."" Wow, not only are you incompetent but really rude.
So that's what we are doing. Hiring another plumber to fix their work. Will not ever use them again and recommend others avoid them too.
Revision: due to their mess up we now have to deal with water damage and insurance companies are getting involved. So frustrating that this has turned into a nightmare.

Can't say enough good things about these guys. I had 3 different leaks in my townhome within one week which they came out to fix for me. This wasn't the first time I had them do work for me. They showed up on time and were as nice as could be and fixed each one of them. I felt the pricing was fair for all that they did and the amount of time they were there. (ran the amounts by a friend of mine thats a contractor just to be sure!). I'm always leery about calling companies for home repairs as it's hard to know if you're being overcharged. I don't expect them not to make money but nor do I want to be gouged either. These guys won't do that and I highly reccomend them!

We have used Larsen Plumbing for the last 20 years - never think of calling anyone else. Needless to say, their service is top notch, on time, professional, trust worthy and reliable. We love Dave and Chris.
