Chris at Larsen Plumbing, the owner, is fabulous! He really knows what he's doing. A year or so ago he helped us with a water leakage problem which turned out to be caused by tree roots from who knows where! He was able to get the tree extracted and had the perfect tools to make sure he was able to get to the very end of it which I think he said was 75 feet into the under of our house.

Yesterday we called because our water heater was leaking. It really was time for it, 11 years old which the estimated lifespan where we live is 7 to 10 years! He told me exactly what to do, basically shut off the water on the water heater. He installed a brand new Bradford water heater which is his favorite because it does have the best warranty around!

He was very thorough with the installation and I have to say very very neat in the way he organized the pipes etc. It looks way way better than the previous set up!

Before he left he educated me on the heater the differences etc.

Chris Larsen has been coming to my home to help with plumbing problems for years. He has always been attentive to my requests for help and provided quick and very competent services. I first used Larsen Plumbing 2 1/2 years ago upon a recommendation from a friend. The water pressure was so high, it hurt to take a shower. A quick response and installation of a new regulator without charging me an arm and a leg. Today I had the opposite problem...NO water pressure!!! Dave was going to come out, but when I told him what was wrong he had me try something and figured out it was my soft water tank and not my plumbing.

It's nice to find an honest, reliable company. Receiving a GOLD STAR from me and I would highy recommend Larsen Plumbing.
