We had some minor plumbing issues with small leaks and expected to wait 3 to 4 days to see a plumber. Larsen's got back with me the same day I left a message and came by the next day fixing both leaks and replacing my kitchen faucet in less than an hour. They were efficient, and didn't try to sell me anything that was not needed. They fixed the leaks and installed the faucet in a 1/3 of the time it would have taken me and Mr YouTube or the included instructions. Their price was very fair and I will call them again if I need a plumber.

I had Larsen brothers plumbing install my dishwasher I purchased from a local business. He didn't screw on the incoming clean water joint straight and it leaked and ruined the flooring in front of the dishwasher. Luckily I had an extra box of flooring from when we put it in and we were going to do a quick patch job. When he came to take it out for the patch job he left a hose still connected to the sink sitting behind the dishwasher that leaked a ton of nasty dirty water and bits of food and ruined half the flooring in my kitchen and dining room. After numerous calls and texts about the new cost he hasn't returned any of them until today to tell me I am threatening and I should hire someone else to install the dishwasher that was the whole reason I hired him in the first place! I would 100% not recommend this business. I get that everyone makes mistakes, but when you make a mistake you own up to it and fix it.

Note: interesting that only NEGATIVE review is:
#1 for out of the service area (actually they are out of the state)
#2 they refer to Mr. Larsen -- well the ""Larsen Brothers Plumbing"" as in many cases in business was started way back in 1929 and subsequently bought out in 1972. It is run by the Dixon family.
Good response time for small plumbing outfit. It seems they don't have some big office staff and the $ overhead that goes with it--so it was the next day when they returned my call--but then as we talked they were able to come over within 5 minutes! This was for a non-emergency (water not leaking uncontrollably) but high priority show stopper repair :)
Excellent troubleshooting a very challenging hidden leak.
Super efficient performing the repair work.
Pricing: very reasonable (I gave them more than they asked actually since it came in so low)--due to smaller overhead costs (mentioned earlier) the initial show up fee includes the first hour of labor (vs. other big shops that have a show up fee + the hourly rate). They were extremely helpful in working to keep costs down and make sure repair was done right.
Apprenticed/trained in BC old homes--understand unique challenges associated with period architecture/building techniques and creative upgrades based on homes built even 80-100 years ago. Our home was built ~80 years ago.
They also do new construction.

Our water heater broke unexpectedly and Larsen Plumbing responded to our call for help immediately and took care of the problem quickly and efficiently! And the new water heater was the best price around! Larsen Plumbing has earned my respect and will be my go to for any future plumbing needs!

A friend who owns lots of properties in Brigham City recommended we call them when we got a leak in our basement copper piping. They were quick to come. Their work was friendly and time-efficient. And the bill was less than I anticipated too. And while we had them there, they also replaced a broken spigot for us. We will be using them again.

Larsen plumbing came to install a new water heater a few months ago.
When I had a kitchen sink clog, I called them again. This time I have concerns. They used a drain snake which was needed but it left black marks on my wood floor. They did not clean them off. I told them about the faucet that was loose also and that it didn't swivel back and forth. They said they'd unscrew it and see what they could do. They finished the job and because I was on the phone with an appt., I excused myself and gave them my husbands phone number and told them he would take care of the payment. I didn't think until later that they didn't give me a receipt or a bill or invoice as to what had been done. ( I remembered that same thing happened when they installed the water heater. They didn't have one at the time of service but wanted me to pay them. I told them I wouldn't pay the cash I had if I didn't have a receipt. They had to come back the next day with a receipt to receive the payment. )
So I called and left a message asking for a copy. I didn't hear back. I checked later that day to see if the pipes underneath were dry and I noticed water in the container underneath the sink. It had leaked from one of the washers. So I called and left a message. I didn't hear back but the next morning as I was leaving, Mr. Larsen came. I let him in and he replaced the washer. It looks like the leaking has stopped.
I haven't received an invoice nor a call back. I also noticed gouges in the faucet where they had used a tool to try to loosen the faucet. I called and mentioned that and I didn't think that was professional. It doesn't affect the function of the sink but it was damage done by them. It was a Thursday, Jan 18, 2018 when they came. Today is Jan 23, 2018 and I have left three phone messages. I have not heard back. When they installed the new water heater a few months ago, I felt they did a fine job. They were respectable enough and answered questions I had about caring for it as I will be the one to maintain care of draining once a month to keep the sludge down.
All in all, I will not recommend nor use their service in the future.

Prompt, efficient, friendly, reasonable and quick response. Called on a Wed @ 5P, they returned the call at 7:30A the next morning, and by noon or so our water heater was replaced! I'm a fan!

Hired Larsen Bros for toilet replacement, plumbing for kitchen remodel, and gas line for new gas range. Excellent, honest and professional work for all jobs. These guys are great!
