The company provided me with an estimate of nearly $6,000 for the installation of 12 water baseboards. I accepted this estimate.

The installation began, and all but two bedrooms were done. I informed them that if they were close to budget, I would not replace the two small, non-functioning baseboards in another area.

After receiving the bill, I called to discuss the incomplete job. They made arrangements to complete the work. After the job was completed, I settled the bill for $5,700.

However, I later received an additional invoice for $2,550! This amount was not included in the original quote. Had I known it would cost an extra $2,550, I would not have proceeded with the project.

When I called to address this issue, they insisted that I was aware of the additional cost. Even my tenant confirmed that they did not have the product to complete the job (Home Depot was out of stock), and she knew the work was not done. At no point was I told that the cost would increase by $2,550.

I find this situation quite frustrating, particularly because I have been a dedicated customer of Larry's Quality Heating & Plumbing since 1993. I question their approach and am curious if anyone else has encountered a similar problem. I have decided not to give them any more business in the future.

My experience with Larry's Quality Heating & Plumbing was quite disappointing. I found their communication to be terrible, the service did not meet my expectations, and they charged a lot. They refused to assist me.

I requested a service, detailing the previous work and my desired outcome. Larry's came in and redid what had already been done and did not do what I requested.

After I got the invoice, I called them to explain the mistakes they made. They were uncooperative, despite my offer of partial payment. The issue remained unresolved.

I called in another plumbing service to perform the work I needed done, and they resolved the problem at a fraction of the price. Larry's continued to refuse working with me and put my account in collections after failing to reply to my requests for a bill adjustment.

They promised to follow up. When I inquired about the collections notice, they said that I didn't follow up enough with them. I settled with the collection agency. I hope they improve their business practices.

10/19/17 - I encountered a problem with my kitchen faucet. After making numerous calls to different plumbing companies, including Larry's. At first, they promised to do their best to have someone come by in the afternoon.

When I called back later that day, I felt quite desperate because we had a leak under the sink. The representative I spoke with was very pleasant and empathetic. She managed to arrange for someone to come to our house, and around 3 PM, Dalton arrived to help us!

Dalton removed the faucet that had been installed by another plumbing company just four years ago, which had failed us. My husband was scrambling to find parts for the old faucet but eventually decided to buy a new one. He came back with the new faucet while Dalton was wrapping up the removal of the old one.

Dalton was patient and did not rush the job like the previous plumbing company had. I felt stressed because I was on leave from work to care for our little min pin, who had just undergone surgery for a torn ACL. Dealing with the faucet issue added to my stress.

Dalton was professional and courteous; he even took off his boots when entering our home. Thank you to Larry's Quality Heating & Plumbing for handling my frantic calls and sending Dalton to our rescue! You are now our go-to plumbing and heating company! Larry's Quality Heating & Plumbing will treat you with respect and not overlook you just because you aren't a big client.
