I got lots of help on the phone to start with and the personalized assistance continued when I got to the shop. These guys are capable and knowledgeable and actually saved me money in the long run. Highly recommended!

Beware if you really want plumbing assistance at Larry's. Wow what an attitude. I can't speak for any of the other employees but the one I dealt with resembles an adult Chucky. So I'm asking him for advice on connecting our Woder 10k water filter to the inflow and to the outflow auxiliary faucet; I have the water filter and hose connections in hand along with pictures of the connections under the sink and he exclaims, ""what are you trying to filter?"" No kidding, he asked that at least twice. He points to the pictures of the water filter ends and says I don't even know what they are and I 'again' showed him the filter and hose ends. With each statement he increasingly gets louder and condescending, to which I mention that he deals with plumbing, I don't, hence my inquiry as to what we need. He then says ""I need to calm down"". I mention that I'm just here for advice and you're not telling me anything about how to deal with the situation the previous homeowner installed. He finally looks at one of the pictures and states the inflow connection needs to be changed out and the one hose end will work, the other end you'll need a whole bunch of hoses to make it work or get a plumber. He then exclaimed people buy things online, flips the hoses of our filter and begins to wander away playing the pity, poor me attitude because he was probably too ignorant to know what we need and instead of asking another employee just belittled me instead. What a major league a-hole.

Went to Home Depot twice and talked to three different people about a simple plumbing problem. Paid a total of $25.00 in parts (about four components) worked on it for an hour in total. Did not fix something that looked super simple. Including with driving back and forth to Home Depot with a 4 year old in tow, about 3 hours.
Went to Larry's, talked to one guy while another guy got one part. Explained how it works in :30 seconds (or so). Total time at Larry's, maybe 5 minutes. I got home and solved the problem in 5 minutes. That part cost me $17.00.
All the parts I got from Home Depot, I can't return. None of those components are installed to my plumbing.
Larry's open at 7:30am. I could have been done easily at 8:00am instead of 12:30pm. I could have saved $25.00 plus a happy meal to feed my kid.
The dudes at Larry's also understood that if my son falls down, don't run to pick him up. Tell him to get up and rub some dirt on it. That will teach him something way more important than to coddle him.

These guys are the best. Whenever I have a plumbing issue or project they are always great. The guys don't make you feel like you are obviously in over your head (even if you are). It's one of the only places where trained professionals don't talk down to homeowners who are trying it themselves.
Larry's is always going to be my first stop for anything with my plumbing.

The guy behind the counter today was rude and unhelpful. I ended up going to Aurora Plumbing to get the piece I needed to connect my natural gas bbq to my house line. I don't know much about plumbing so I was hoping for someone who would could steer me in the right direction. I like the idea of supporting small local businesses but I'll make the exception with this place.

They have a great selection on abs pvc fittings here at Larry's. I'll keep coming back! You can't find these plumbing shops like Larry's anywhere anymore. They have a lot of hard to find plumbing supplies. Best plumbing supply retailer in the northern seattle Snohomish county metro area!

I was in need of a shower handle that was no longer made. Phil found the part that I needed and also gave me a very reasonable price. One of the best parts finding experiences I have ever had.
Thanks Phil and Larry's!

My toilet blew a gasket, and it seemed like an easy DIY fix. However, none of the numbers stamped on the tank matched the manufacturer's list. I described the problem to the manufacturer, and they recommended a particular gasket that turned out to be completely wrong.
Then I headed to a local hardware store that has a knowledgeable and friendly staff. They, too, were unsure of what particular part I would need. But they told me to try Larry's Plumbing Supply, and said that they really know what they're doing and what they're talking about.
Boy, were they right. I walked into Larry's with the gasket in my hand and the toilet tank in the trunk of my car. At a glance, the man behind the counter instantly identified the right part. But not only that, he quickly disassembled part of the valve, installed the gasket, and put it back together. When I got home, it was a breeze to reattach the tank.
My toilet is now good as new, and I didn't have to waste half a day to get it done. Well done, Larry's Plumbing! This was the best customer service experience I've had, anywhere, in a long time. If I ever need plumbing parts again, Larry's will be the first place I go, and I would recommend them to anyone without hesitation.

I am amazed at the customer service here!!! We needed to replace shower faucets from the 60's and this was the only place that had a replacement kit for exactly what we have.
The person working that day talked with us over the phone before we made the trip, and even had us text a picture to his personal phone to confirm that he had what we needed! Thank you so much, Larry's. Our shower faucet is now leak free!

I went to 3 big box stores to find the part I needed with no lucky. Walked into Larry's Plumbing and they had the part I needed in stock. Very professional and a good place for do-it-yourselfers like myself. Even made sure i understood how to do get the job done. Thank You Larry's Plumbing
