I called on a Monday they assured me that they would get to the job on Monday or Tuesday. They never showed up. Then I called on Wednesday Thursday and Friday and they ignored my calls all day. Each day. I will never recommend them nor work with them again.

I called Larry's because i had a leak under the kitchen sink. In order to shut off the water you need to crawl under the Trailer house--and I was told they had no one who would do that,yet she sent someone out who I thought was going to give me an estimate, but he looked at it and left. Then yesterday came a bill for $66.30. I called Kaiser's and they came right out and fixed the problem! If you want to donate to Larry's Plumbing for no service be my guest. They will never get another call from me! Sorry the rating don't go LOW enough!!!

I was very pleased with the prompt attention, I know that a small job is a pain for busy people but they were so kind. I cant explain the bad review but I would give them another try.

We had three appointments with this company. They never showed up for any of them. No call, no show. I called them back each time asking why they didn't show up. All the woman who answered said each time was - Oh sorry, we'll show up on Friday at 8 am- until the last time when she said that they were having issues with their truck. A phone call would have been appreciated to let us know they wouldn't be coming. They had both our cell phone numbers AND our house phone number! We had waited for them to show, and scheduled our lives around their appointments. We finally told them to forget it, and that we'd use someone else's services. Too bad because none of the plumbers in this area will show up either.
