I needed a kitchen faucet replaced and the plumber showed up on time, was polite and did excellent work. No complaints. But I am a bit miffed by their business practices. Their web page has a big banner that says ""Free Quotes"", then I call up for a quote and they tell me someone has to come over for a quote and it will cost me $79. Huh? I ask them why it isn't free and they say ""its only free for standard jobs, but they need to come and take a look to see the details of your job"". Then when the guy comes over he just pulls out a rate chart and tells me how much it is!

We have used Larry's many times and they always seem to inflate their price.
They also always arrive hours later than scheduled, even when I have to take off from my job. Recently, I noticed that their truck displayed many, political stickers, (anti Joe Biden) which contained graphic, degrading sexual illustrating images. Also, obviously the company endorses Donald Trump, and is quite proud of this. We don't fault them in their support, but the images and verbiage were very vulgar and are unprofessional. We were embarrassed when our neighbors noticed it and pointed it out to us. We will not be using them again.
Our neighbors paid less than half the price Larry charged for a sink rodding, and new sink trap, for we were charged almost $900.

We had a sewer problem and Ray went above and beyond to help resolve it. They were extremely thorough. We will definitely be using them again in the future!

Wanted 2000 dollars to dig up my basement floor. Said pipe was broken ! I declined. Water went down next day. Now a year and a half later and no problems! Enough said !

Larry's plumbing came out last night and took care of a leak in our basement. They offered help right away. The tech helped me shut off my main water supply over the phone so the leak stopped before they got there. Jake was awesome over the phone and great in person. I was expecting a larger bill with it being after hours but it was reasonable. I feel like it could have been a lot more for the time of day and speed of service. Jake was very knowledgeable and took care of it in no time.

We just purchased a condo in River Forest, IL and the handle fell off the mixer for the shower. We were referred to Larry's Plumbing. They were able to come out at the time we requested and replaced the entire faucet unit. Office staff was courteous and professional. The plumber was prompt, personable, knowledgeable and efficient. He explained in detail what he would be doing to resolve the issue. This is an older building and therefore, the plumber had to take some additional steps once the main water line was turned back on in the building to ensure other units were not affected. The cost was a little pricey, however you know the old adage ""you get what you pay for"". The service, expertise and workmanship could not have been better - on a scale of 1-10, TEN!!

We made an appointment with Larry's for the morning and waited until 1200 for a phone call or visit. None ever came. We then attempted to get a status update from the company, but nobody ever answered the phone. It's now 4:00 PM and Larry's never did call back or show up as agreed upon. Don't call Larry's if you need quick and reliable service. They will not deliver.

Only call if you want to get robbed ....... I had someone come out and it cost me 69.00 to tell me it would cost 1,030.00 to install a hot water heater, mind you I supplied the water hearted... Just to install the water heat would cost me 1,030.00.... If you like giving away your money call them....

DO NOT CALL THESE GUYS! Rip-off artists. I called them to replace a check valve on an ejector pump and they over-charged for the repair. I told them I would never call them again and I suggest everyone boycott these people. We do a lot of business with them at my place of employment and I am going to tell the owners to find another plumber.
