The guy came out prompt to fix my bathtub, but was rude when I asked him to wear a mask ( while in a pandemic). Mind you he is coughing in my house. Didn't think that was asking too much.

Very unprofessional. Late, slow and rude. I had to deal with them because of the property management company, otherwise I would have fired them. They didn't show up when they said they would. They left me without cold water to half my house for a week and a half. Left mess every time they left.

Had a leaking toilet and was charged a lot of money to supposedly fix it. It kept leaking. Called several times and finally spoke with Larry who said he would call me to schedule an appointment. He never called me back. After several attempts to contact them I gave up as they would not return my calls. Unprofessional. Do not use.

Larry himself came out today to fix the issue. He was very friendly and professional. I kept one star due to the experience we had with the other technician and misdiagnosis. His people need training, but he was awesome. Thank you Larry for resolving our issue so we can move on with our lives. You never realize how much you depend of proper working plumbing until you don't have it.
