i hired him to come out and replace 2 frost free hose bibs he said they would have to cut into the wall to replace them he said it would cost $500.00 i said ok if you have to cut in the wall they had me over the barrel since he drained my tank and shut off my water he did not have to cut into the wall it took him 37 min to replace both of them they did not even turn my water back on to my house also i called two other plumbing contractors after they left and got an estimate it would cost $200.00to$225.00 to replace both of them including the parts the owner called me back i asked him if he would reduce the cost he said only 50.00 reduction i told him for get about it i would not use this plumbing contractor again

Do Not Hire!! I hired LSP for two large (multi $k) jobs, the latest one in 2021. LSP was to fix a sewage line leak and they CUT A HOLE THROUGH OUR SLAB IN THE WRONG LOCATION. Not once did the owner, Larry, or any of his employees apologize or even acknowledge the fact that they made a mistake (or reassure us the mistake would be corrected). In fact, when Larry came to the house on day 3 (was supposed to be a 1 day job), his comment was that we "slipped through the cracks" when the job was scheduled, that the job should have cost several hundreds of $ more due to the change in PVC cost since our quote (PVC cost has nothing to do with the fact that your guys cut a hole in the WRONG SPOT). The issues with this company stem from the top, from an arrogant, belittling, unapologetic owner. The first job was also a total nightmare - we thought it was an isolated incident due to an employee who no longer works there. Clearly I was wrong and foolish to use LSP a second time. LSP fixed the issues they caused on both jobs but both experiences were total nightmares due to the jobs taking 2-4x the amount of days quoted, major mistakes both times, and the rude attitude of the owner.

Cory and his assistant were great. They were on time for both appointments I had - One for Estimate and one for the work. I would not hesitate to bring them out again for any future plumbing needs that arise. I had them replace 14 Emergency water shutoff valves, install new washer water supply valve box, repair a toilet and repair kitchen faucet.

It's late, around dinner time on a Saturday night and we notice water is coming up the sink in one of the bathrooms. Investigation led to a stopped up AC condensation line. Larry to the rescue. When we called him and said it is flooding, not only the upstairs bathroom but now trying to do damage in the garage below, Larry comes out all the way to Mansfield. Quick work by Larry and all is well!

Noticed our hot water Heater was leaking on Sunday night. I had previously used Ztinaon plumbing so I text Carissa at 11 PM the office manager and Larry wife. Sent over some pictures and she replied immediately. She asked if Larry could stop by in the mor ing on a holiday. Larry was very prompt and gave me a very fair price and the did the job same day.

We called the Stenson plumbing company concerning a oven gas leak. They told us an estimate of free services would tell us what we needed to do. The technician arrived looked at the situation and said that we needed to call the appliance company and then proceeded to bill us $144. We still have to get the oven fixed but are free estimate which took less than 15 minutes of their time. What tell us a free estimate? This is bait and switch.

Phenomenal. Larry and his guys saved my house from an ex-contractor's disaster workmanship. They came out to do the assessment the same day I called them and began work the next morning. They arrived on time, stayed late and stuck to the quote despite the extra 2 days of work that was unexpected. Larry and crew were hardworking, respectful and pleasant to be around. If I ever have any more issues (fingers crossed I don't), I will be calling them.
