Extremely unhappy with the services they provided which were not resolved. Came out 2 different days, total of 5 hours and fixed nothing. Quoted $1240 for a flush out. Spent over a grand for no resolution. A different business RR did the same job they quoted 1240 for for 300 in less than 20 minutes. I'm not alone in this feeling as I posted in a local group and was inundated with more comments about serious overcharges.

The technicians were pleasant and professional. When I made the appointment I attempted to get a price quote from the office for very specific work. They would not give a per hour labor cost. They would not give me a price quote until the repairman came then they quoted me $1400 for a project. It would take no more than two hours and I had the parts. I refused the service and will do the repair myself. This is a terrible bait and switch. I would not recommend them ever.

Technicians required clarification of tasks multiple times and still messed up the installation. They then charged more money to fix their errors. Prices are insanely high. I was charged 450 dollars for them drilling 15 holes in a completely unfinished basement. They also charge 40 times the price for PVC and fittings. They have some honest people working for the company, but there are much better options. I do not recommend going with Larry And Sons for any job.

This company is responsible for ruining my kitchen floor and basement ceiling, resulting in thousands of dollars in needed repairs.

A possible leak was noticed in a house I was about to purchase. We had one of the company's plumbers come out. They could not figure out the leak.

The plumber didn't actually look for a leak. I wrongfully assumed they checked the sink and dishwasher right where the potential leak was. It turns out there was a giant hole in the dishwasher.

I use the dishwasher once, leaks into my floor and basement ceiling. The plumber didn't actually check. For some reason, didn't use common sense to check water appliances right where the leak was.

So my wood kitchen floor is destroyed. And this company wasn't interested in making things right because their plumber was drunk or incompetent.

Great service. Sump pump failed, original installer could not respond fir days! Larry & Sons were prompt in returning my call. Very friendly and pleasant on the phone, Tech arrived, Diagnosed issue and replaced with pump better suited to situation.

I called Larry and Sons for a simple gas hose needing to be replaced running from my exterior wall to my gas grill. The gas line was already existing, I just needed it shortened since we moved the grill. The tech came out and seemed to have an extremely hard time understanding the job let alone basics like where the gas shutoff was. He seemed like he didn't want to do the job, perhaps being hot out. He then quoted me $1200 to do this simple job, when I laughed in shock he asked me how much I was thinking, I didn't realize this was a negotiation. He then collected his $49 fee to quote a ridiculous price. I believe this to be a pure money grab and price gouging.
I ended up getting the job done for $75.
What a joke these guys are.

We had never tried this Plumber so after several not so good plumbers we were a bit worried. Larry & Sons came through gangbusters! The tech was sensitive to our predicament as we had so much damage to the kitchen below. He was great and we will definitely use this company again. Thanks in particular goes to Tim for listening to me going on and on about my business. Keep it up Larry and Sons!

First time using this company. My problem was a gas hot water heater that stopped working and a leaky bathtub faucet. Fast and courteous service. Explained problem and work done. Tech indicated everything looked good, just needed to clean thermocouple. Everything worked. Next day, water heat goes out again. I call back only to get the run around from the receptionist. She claimed tech recommended new water heater. I explained he did not, also indicated I never received an invoice. She didn't care what I had to say, she kept repeating that tech recommended new water heater and she swore that I had received an estimate. I had not received an estimate. Realizing what was happening, I kindly ended the conversation. I would not recommend Larry and Sons. The business is at odds with itself between questionable contractors and disrespectful receptionists. Bad customer service with shady workers and practices.

Do not use this company...had a/c repaired less than a week it broke again. Called company was told it would be an additional charge and other fees to fix. Was told maybe it was another issue that needed to be fix and not the original issue. Issue was referred to management. Received a call from management one of the most rudest managers to speak to me. Wanted to know what the problem was as I discussing the issue he would respond YEP after each sentence. I explained to him how rude he was being and not letting me explain with saying YEP after sentence. I ended the conversation I knew nothing was going to be resolved. I wasted 800.00 for repairs. They told me it would be $10,000 to replace my AC unit but that was a lie, after having another company come to my home the cost was 1/2 the cost of what they quoted. Choose another company and you will have more money in your pocket and better customer service.
