Buyer Beware!
Larry and Son's provided an estimate for HVAC and a generator. After negotiating terms, we signed the contract and moved forward.
At the end of the job, Larry and Son's asks for another 15k to up our electric because they didn't do a load calculation before starting the job.
They negotiated the price to $1600.00 and we accepted. They never came to finish the job.
I filed a complaint with the States Attorney's office and they have reach out to the company with no response.
In their contract they reference that the States Attorney office would be the first line of mediation for their business.
I sent a complaint to the BBB and to the State of Maryland Electrical Board.
My next step will be to file in court.

Apparently I am a fool!!! Twice.

My niece and her Master HVAC husband came by to see the installed HVAC unit.

He shook his head and said that the parts were worth about $7,000. You charged me $14,135. No wonder you don't break down the cost of labor and parts in your contract.

So, again you and your company are way over pricing me still.

I'm devastated that the company I trusted has betrayed that trust again.

Enjoy your victory as I won't be using your services again. Except for the warranty.

I posted a nice review after the work was done. I won't change it as the guys did a good job.

Too bad they work for a company that blatantly takes advantage of people like me.

Customer service very nice, & said they could send someone the next day.

Daryl was the technician who came out, and was quick & efficient. Our water heater just needed a switch re-set.

My last service was the replacement of vanity valves they were old. Bryan was the plumber that responded and was very professional, courteous, and efficient. don't trust them. they told me that there was a $99 fee to come out and just take a look at a flickering ceiling light. the $99 fee to come out is literally just to drive out to your place. once they come in is when they start an additional fee for diagnostic which he was there 10 min and charged an additional $100. he never even turned a screwdriver.

I needed to get a toilet repair done for my brother as a favor to him. I gave an explicit message to the office to run all needed payments to me for payment, not my brother.

The service tech, Jeremiah, did not follow those directions and he asked for payment from my brother who I then had to reimburse.

To make matters worse, the office told me that the bill to repair would be $186. When I spoke to Jeremiah directly to confirm this price, he told me that information was wrong, that the bill was $447, or more.

He was not pleasant on the phone, telling me to look at some email he sent rather than talk to him directly about this discrepancy. I declined their services for obvious reasons. This will be the last time I will use Larry and Sons for my plumbing needs.

I purchased a house and the previous owners had used Larry & Sons so I thought I would continue with that established relationship. The home inspector said I needed a new water heater immediately, so I called to make an appointment for a week after we closed on the house. They would not schedule an appointment for an estimate until I basically provided proof that we had closed on the house. When I called back to schedule the estimate, they wanted $50 just to give an estimate and that fee was not credited to the price of the future work. Seriously? I'm sorry, giving an estimate on a job is a cost of doing business and the time to earn the customer's business. Strong arming me into using your business because I've committed to a $50 fee does not sit well with me. So I called another company who told me to send them a picture of the old water heater. They gave me a quote over the phone FOR FREE and came the next day to replace the water heater. Larry & Sons lost a $2000 job over a $50 estimate fee. And my future business and referrals. Kind of a silly business model.
