They do not return phone calls. I tried all summer to get my unit on a maintenance plan and no one was ever there to set it up. Guess they don't want my business. Sad thing is if another company does maintenance it voids the warranty.

I'm an Odessa resident that lives off of Hilltop Dr. I recently hired Larry to fix my air conditioner after paying him up to $1,000 combined on two separate occassions it worked for 2 weeks. When I called him the 2nd time his worker apparently put the wrong freon in the compressor and overlooked or couldn't find the problem in the unit. Not to mention that Larry was dragging his feet the whole time during both repairs. The first time I went almost 2 weeks before he finally repaired it. And the second time I gave up on him after he never returned my phone calls after going out 2 more times I called The next AC repairman who was able to fix the issue the next day. After cancelling with Larry he said that it never "Dawned on him to think that there was an issue with the compressor" so he either lied to me or was totally inept for owning an AC business and not being able to remedy some basic trouble shooting.
