Paid this person $250 to furnish a professional report to give to my insurance company. He did not write a report as promised and refused to refund my money. In my opinion, he is a thief, opportunist and dishonest. I wouldn't use him if he was the only plumber on earth.

Larry is the most honest, hard-working Plumbing specialist. When I had an emergency plumbing repair, he was the only one who actually responded to the emergency and was quick and efficient. Not only was he knowledgeable and professional, but he did what he could to save me time and money on the work. I have trusted him for all repairs on my house since then, and he is always their most professional, friendly, knowledgeable individual and has quality trustworthy people working for him. This guy either just rushed through my inspection or does not have the right tools. I called Larry to come out and detect a leak. I appreciate him coming out but this was a fast service. He capped my master bathroom and said he is not sure unless he cuts through my wall. I showed him possibilities and he immediately noted that leak is coming through the common wall of my bathroom. He suggested that I get my manifold fixed and reroute piping. Additional costs for running pipes above to run to my kitchen. I informed him this will go through my insurance and when my claim adjuster contacted him to request a report...he never completed the inspection, never wrote up a report on his findings. As Larry was walking out of the house he mentioned to me to remember his quote b/c he will forget. That alarmed me about the verbal quote. My insurance hired another leak detector and they found the leak in my kitchen. totally the opposite of what Larry said. We contacted him to let him know we didn't like our service.

Larry does great work! I had a pipe leak somewhere between the first floor ceiling and attic of my home during the Coronavirus ""Stay at home"" orders (his services are essential.) I didn't have any running water because I had to keep the main valve to the house closed. Larry came over the next day, wearing gloves and a mask, and after making an educated guess as to the location of the leak, he cut open a soffit on the second floor that brought HVAC ducting and plumbing down from the attic. He made a nice clean cut so it would be easy to repair, and BOOM, there's the leak right in front of him. It was a pinhole leak in a 90 degree elbow caused by turbulence, or so Larry explained to me. He had it fixed in a flash and at a reasonable price. He was professional and courteous, and cleaned up after himself as well. I'll definitely use him for my future plumbing needs.

We had a hot water leak in the slab - Larry came out within the hour, no service fee, took out all his diagnostic tools, showed me where the leak was and explained that it would be less expensive to bypass the leaking pipe, and install a new one. I checked his contractor's license number and it was valid, and I thought his price was very compeditive so I gave him the OK.
He came back the next day and did it all for the price he estimated. A job very well done.

I had called on Black Friday after a wad of ground up seeds got stuck in our kitchen sink, backing up everything. Larry was on another job at the time I called, but took my information and called me back later that evening. I explained the situation over the phone and he came out the next day. Larry was flexible, which we appreciated, and allowed us to move our time back in the day due to last minute schedule changes. I didn't meet Larry in person, but my husband said 10/10, he would hire Larry again should we need a plumber!

And for having someone come out for an emergency on a Saturday, I feel his price was reasonable and stayed consistent with his estimate.

Great job and professional. Timely and very courteous. Had a leak in front yard pipe connecting to main water line and Larry gave two options depending on budget. 3 weeks have gone by with no issue post-fix. Price was reasonable too

Larry gave me a quote online after I described my problem. He came out the same day and cleared out my drain clog that I could not clear using my snake. True to his word the charge was exactly as quoted and VERY fair. I will use him whenever I have a plumbing problem. Thanks Larry!
