Larry actually answered the phone when we called! So lucky we found him. Gave quote over the phone and installed new hot water tank for us on Christmas Eve so we didn't have to go through the holidays without hot water. Excellent customer service - showed up on time and completed work efficiently. Covered our floors with drop cloths to protect them and provided us with a ton of helpful information. We highly recommend this business.

After reading the favorable reviews and speaking with Larry I was pretty excited to meet him at the soon to be scheduled appointment to get work accomplished. My excitement has turned to total disappointment as he has never called me back as promised. Worse yet he has never responded once to my three (3) subsequent phone messages I have left him. I have given him 2 weeks to respond and nothing.

In my mind this is the best plumber in the area. I had a sewer backup problem (headache) at my residence. After bottles of Drano didn't work I knew I needed a plumber. Now relatives had recommended such and such or such and such but I wanted to look online myself for one. Stellar reviews!!....Called and Larry said he could be there the next day...Awesome!...He came and immediately knew somewhere there was a clog ..Within an hour he had remedied the problem!....AND It didn""t cost an arm and a leg!!!......He was extremely cordial and explained everything to me while he was fixing the problem.....I now have a plumber for life..

I was impressed with this service for several reasons:
1) Easy to get in touch with - responds immediately!
2) Knowledgeable - tells you what you need, and what you don't need.
3) Great worker - and great attitude about his work!
4) Timely - tells you approximate time frame and calls about 10 minutes before he arrives.
Synopsis of my problem - I had a leak that needed a quick repair and one piece of piping. Although, I do eventually need a new basin, new faucet and removal of old basin ($$$$), Larry told me what I needed to solve the problem today, which was what I could afford. Unlike other plumbers who dont offer other options, Larry was honest enough to solve it inexpensively. Refreshing!
