The lady who answers the phone is super rude. I called and asked if they have any availability on the same day to come check for my work place and she answered rudely said "" I doubt it"". Then she said call the other number to check with the plumber and she gave me the number. At the last four digit I was just repeating for myself when I write it down the number and she again rudely said "" I can hear you, why do you need to repeat?"" I was like... speechless and don't even want to talk to her any more so I just kindly said thank you and she just hand off the phone right away.

If you are not happy with your work, find another way to fix that, don't get fussed at your costumer!

I meant to leave this review a long time ago. We've used Larry for all our home plumbing needs for the past few years, and he's fantastic. He's responsive, friendly, thorough, and affordable. He does a good job communicating what needs to be done, and if circumstances change during the course of the project he's quick to let you know and lay out your options - there aren't surprises with him. I recommend him without reservations and plan to continue using him for as long as he's around.

Larry is a very experienced and reliable plumber. If he can't fix it, he'll recommend the service repair can that can do it. He's the one you want to fix your old plumbing in San Francisco. However, he's so busy that he is not always readily available to do the work. FYI: We've been using his services for at least 30 years.
