If I could leave no stars, I would...highly unimpressed, was late never fixed my problem, it's now worse and I'm pretty sure they were high on cocaine or something else do you self a favor and call someone else!! Unless you want some expensive entertainment!!

As a woman home owner i felt as i was taken advantage of by larry downs jr. they came into my home charged me an outrageous price to fix a leak above my water heater. they told me it was going to ruin my water heater and if i didn't fix it now my house would flood. so me being scared for my home felt obligated to use them. Bad thing is now i had to call a real plumber to come out due to they never fixed the leak. this company is a scam and takes advantage of woman please don't ever use them.

These guys are great. They have helped install new appliances, flushed out my backed up backflow on more than one occasions. They respond to my service calls fairly rapidly if not same day.

1st time using this plumber & couldn't be happier. Larry & John came put w/ 1 days notice for a non-emergent situation. They were recommended to me by another plumbing company who was unable to handle the big problem I had on hand. Both were not only very helpful but very nice. Only got to the diagnostic phase today (which is what I asked for) but will update after work done. I'm doubting there will be any problems w/ that though.

My washing machine drain pipe had a water backup ..I called a local company to unclog it. The first technician said I probably had channel rot and he would send a second tech with a camera. The second tech could not see a clog because of water in the pipe He said their plumber would come and give an estimate. The plumber said I needed a lift station and 60 feet of pipe in my backyard for a cost of almost $5,300. I called Larry since he had installed our new sewer system in one day on an emergency basis. He was able to clear the clog by cleaning the pipe directly behind the washer. The cost was $425. I will never call anyone but LARRY DOWNS JR.!! He is the best
