Worst service ever! Larry lied on me, took money did a very bad plumbing work, ruined the plumbing materials and installed shower set and piping in a wrong way that it created water leaking that made water damage to the bathroom and the ceiling of the basement and electrical at the basement. He never returned back to correct the terrible mistakes he did and all he did is he took money and ran away and left me with bad results that coasted me thousands of dollars. I brought another plumber, electrition, and water damage company that fixed his bad job. Avoid dealing with Larry as you will lose money and time and end up with bad job that will coast you alot to fix his bad results.

Terrible service. They did some sewer work and also replaced a sump pump. The sump pump later broke. I've made many calls and messages to them to have it fixed and no response. It has been over a year.

My kitchen sink sewer line needed to be unclogged and so I called Larry and Sons to unclogged it. A man showed up within an hour and half on a Friday afternoon about 3pm. He came in and told me it was going charge me $350 to unclogged my kitchen line and I said fine. After only 10min of him trying to unclogged the line he proceeded to tell me that the line was broken and that a major repair job needed to be done. He proceeded to pack up, but before he left I told him that other companies have come and unclogged the line without any problems. I basically made him work on the line and after only another 10 minutes, he tells me that now the line needed to be jetted because there was too much grease, mind you at first he was talking about a major job that required breaking the sidewalk and replacing the line and now he was talking about a totally different solution. long story short he did not unclogged the line and he still charged me $250 for nothing really because they still did not unclogged the line and I ended up with the same situation. My brother in law came the next day and unclogged the line with a smaller machine. I will never call this company again. Very bad experience, I think they guy was just looking forward to start his weekend. They do not care about customers all they want is to make a quick buck.

Called to have hot water tank repaired. We were told you can't clean a thermocouple but for $450.00 they would replace it. New thermocouple is $10.00. $440.00 labor? Next day we hired a new plumber who cleaned the thermocouple and had hot water working in ten minutes. Ripping off senior citizens is terrible. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.

When I first called it went to voicemail and I was called back within 10 minutes. Set up an appointment for the next day between 10-11. Everything was going swimmingly. Next day I call at 1045, rings once then voicemail. Call back at 1115, this time straight to voicemail. I have no idea if they are any good because they never showed up. When dealing with any professional you expect them to be at least on time, these guys never showed up or even bothered to call.

I just moved to the area and have two big trees in front on the house. I wanted to make sure the sewer wasn't collapsed and get them rodded. Luckily Larry and Sons were close to the house and super responsive. They were able to come out the next day with the camera and started to check the sewer drain. There was a blockage and they were able to exactly locate an issue that was in the front yard. Since it rained the day before they were unfortunately not able to go any further with the camera. They gave me a few options and even better they came back the next day after the water receded and was able to put the camera until the main sewer and rod it out at the same price they quoted me at and luckily there was a spring sale going on so the bundled price of camera and rodding was a lot better than other plumbers who charge them separately.

Few days later the basement was flooded and found out that there was a leak in the basement by the homes main sewer line and I called Larry and Sons again and they picked up on the first call and asked for me to send them a picture and they came back with an estimate in 5 minutes. What was really special is that they knew I just moved in and of course there are other costs that needed to be put into the house and they recommended a temporary solution that we could do ourselves to save us money. I just feel like they are a great company that's honest and give you options based on their opinion.

If you are in need of a plumber please check them out! Also, all of the appointments and first contacts were through Yelp and they responded at 11pm at night which was relieving when you have a flooded basement!

I own a 2 flat and we were experiencing water back-up in the laundry room. Thought lines were simply clogged. As it turns out, a main sewer drain broke under ground. Larry was there immediately, showed me the broken line. It was a big job; they had to break out the cement in laundry room, replace drain line, and re-cement. The job was done very quickly. The price seemed fair. Larry pointed out that I should check with my insurance company. Sure enough this project was covered by my insurance company! I never would have thought that unless Larry mentioned. It's hard to find someone you can trust. I trust Larry.

I had clogged kitchen sink drain pipe and couldn't clear it myself. Larry and Sons came out and unclogged the drain pipe. Thank you again for your help! I'm definitely going to call Larry and Sons again!
