I was directed to this store by a HD employee. That store is just fantastic. Got replacements for my 65 year old bath tub valves.

Stopped in to see if I can get a new soap pump part for kitchen sink. Previously, Lowes and Orchards suggested replacing the whole unit. So I decided to try the old fashioned mom and pop type store, Larry and Joe's. Good move on my part... he looked at my part, gave me a fitting straw, and voila! He said no charge, have a good day. Very cool.

I know absolutely nothing about plumbing. I watched a YouTube video and then went to Larry and Joes to help me figure out the rest and pick up the parts. So knowledgeable and patient with explaining to me how to replace the valves and washers in my bathtub. I will always be a loyal customer.

My cousins, 5 of them arrive tomorrow. Frank and Hector helped me out with parts and advice today. No worries, these guys are great. I usually wouldn't tackle plumbing. Electrical, mechanical, yeah I can do that. But Larry & Joes (Hector & Francisco) gave me the right stuff. Thanks guys.

Came here after an associate at home depot recommend I come here. Home depot didn't have the faucet part I needed. I appreciate that the associate realized this and pointed me to an excellent local shop. Within 10 minutes of coming in I had the part and some good advice on how to swap the part out.

I'd recommend Larry and joes for your every day plumbing needs. The prices were good and the service excellent.

They are very helpful and spend time explaining things to us non-plumbers who are doing some basic jobs around the house (faucets, drainage, sprinklers, etc...).

I was working on irrigation and had trouble with a valve. They had a sprinkler assembly right there on their countertop and showed me how it works and what to do. Very helpful and hands on demonstration!!

Anytime I had parts with me and needed replacements, they would usually have them in stock and walk the aisle with me and assist. They are awesome! They would also provide tips for my little jobs.

I recommend Larry & Joe's to everyone and love that they take the time to talk with you and help you. Times are tough, and you can't just call up a plumber to change a faucet, a sprinkler, etc...! So, DIY is they way to go. These guys help you and give you the confidence to complete the job. Some parts can be pricey and might be cheaper elsewhere. You are paying for a mom and pop small business shop and for their customer service and knowledge which you CAN NOT get at Lowe's (down the street), Home Depot .

I only go to Larry & Joe's for my plumbing needs. Thanks guys!

Larry and Joes is a great plumbing supply store. The reasons to go here are simple 1. Expertise. The employees are educated in plumbing so you explain to them what your trying to do and they will tell you how tondo it and what tools you need as well as supplies. I am not a plumber so almost every plumbing job I have to go in and ask them how. 2nd reason is supplies. On a regular basis I go to large chain store and they don't have what I need, very frustrating. Yes Larry and Joes is a little more expensive but for me it's worth it. Oh return policy sucks compared to big stores.

Buyer beware. I purchased a couple of shower heads from the Sepulveda location thinking I could return the one I didn't use for a full refund like MOST other retail stores. To my surprise that is not their policy. They will issue store credit or charge a restocking fee. This was something they had in stock not a special order. Yes they had their policy posted. I wanted to promote a local business - I am not a plumber and therefore have NO use of their store credit. I WILL NEVER shop there again. BIG BOX stores here I come.

I love this location these guys always have the parts that I'm in need and always have the parts that Fergusons and hirsch don't have. Just ordered a brass excision plate from them and they got it to me ASAP! I defiantly recommend my clients to this store all the time! Keep up the good work

They are so knowledgeable and it was nice to have their no-nonsense advice. Lowe's was not much help. You really have to have your own technical knowledge when shopping at Lowe's for plumbing items.
