We worked with Aaron and Arturo to fix a drain issue in the condo complex that we rent at. There seemed to be a lot of water flooding in the bathroom and we were unsure what was causing the issue. Our neighbors seemed to have the same issue as well. It seems like a common line connects all the bathrooms.
Stranded without a bathroom, we contacted our property management who contacted the HOA and we were connected to Aaron who was communicative and worked with the HOA on ensuring we received timely help. Arturo is extremely hard working and helped resolve the issue even though it was late in the evening. He arrived on time as promised. He was professional, communicated the issue, fixed it and cleaned up everything before he left. I highly recommend Arturo and Aaron for their excellent customer service.

Fantastic experience working with Arturo at Larratt Bros Plumbing.
We live in a condominium, which means linked piping. Thursday night, we had our kitchen sink suddenly fill up with black water and miscellaneous gunk. To make matters worse, it was filling up over time, forcing us to literally scoop water out of the sink to dump into the toilet. We had no idea why this was happening, and we worried that at some point the water might overfill the sink and cause property damage.
So we first reached out to a local plumber who came Friday afternoon, who was unfortunately not able to deal with the situation due to the fact we live in a big building with complex plumbing. So then they said someone would come by on Tuesday - 4 days from when we requested help, which wasn't possible for us. So that's when Larratt Bros came to help us with our emergency situation, with Arturo arriving first thing in the morning the next day (Sat).
The entire thing took 2.5 hours to fix, with Arturo checking on multiple units in our stack and triple-checking that everything was working as intended by the end. Arturo was so easy to work with, extremely helpful, and clearly knew his way around a big building situation. He put in great effort and care to help us out, and we're very grateful.
We're happy to have a functioning kitchen sink again! Thanks Arturo, and to the Larratt Bros for being so responsive and willing to help us at the start of the weekend.

Super responsive and very knowledgeable. I had originally tried another plumber, but was told they couldn't get to me for a week. Larratt was able to come the next day, which was amazing considering the leak under the house ended up being worse that I had originally thought.

Aaron came out early this year to do an estimate for us. They were the highest priced of the 4 we got which is okay but my wife was a little creeped out by his presence and coy unprofessional behavior. Personally, I thought he was fine and we were even cracking some jokes, but then I had to head out for them to finish up. Maybe she was over-reacting or seeing something that really wasn't there but she my wife and I support her.

Top notch service! We had a severely leaky water heater that we didn't think would make it through the weekend. Aaron the owner came to the rescue day of and he was able to have Brendan come out on a Friday around 3:00 to change it out. We were so thankful for the speedy, reliable and affordable service we received! Brendan was so thorough, clean and efficient with the install, we could not have asked for a better experience!

Efficient and professional. I really like how they have an app (Plunjr) which allows you to do virtual consultations online. I actually called inquiring about a new water heater since ours was letting out water. Through the app they advised us to first try replacing the pressure valve which I was able to do (with some coaching they provided). When that ended up not fixing the problem they figured out it wasn't even the water heater but the pressure valve for the house that had failed. They came out and replaced the valve. The person who came was very professional and worked quickly to get the job done.
With anyone else this would have been at least 2-3 visits (or even worse a new water heater) instead of the one quick visit that it took these guys. They really seemed to be interested in fixing our problem rather than just selling their services. Definitely will use them again!

I had a big problem of the plumber they sent to our house to fix a big leak. He started opening the ceiling drywall from área I pointed out (A) He kept on opening 7-8 feet by 2 feet. He found a crack of the pipe in the opposite end of A. He fixed it . Then this is how he tested his work.
I went upstairs and opened the faucet 2-3 seconds , is there a leak? No. I flushed the toilet , no leak.
That was it ! No bathtub filled running water for the test, no inspection of the entire pipe. So I closed the ceiling costed $1000 then the gushing water came down from área A . The company said that was a new leak and his work was done right. Now I know but this is an old pipe , the inspection of the entire pipe , running water test should have been done. I needed to open the ceiling drywall again and fixed the big crack on top of the pipe( picture)
The office manager did not take this issue seriously . After I disputed the credit card charge , the owner talked to me saying they have no responsibility on the new leak but invoice clearly stated test was done by the faucet water . After 3 months , visa awarded the credit to me by reviewing all evidence of their incompetency. After that the owner wrote me asking "" do not call for repair . I am in the nasty customer's list.""

Found unexplained standing water under our kitchen sink. Alex helped schedule a plumber right away. Brandon came out on time, diagnosed we had a leaking old water heater, purchased the replacement for us, installed it and cleaned up all in a couple hours. He was very professional, knowledgeable and efficient. Couldn't have been an easier experience. Will call them again for sure.

I had an urgent issue on a Sunday (right?) I called and worked with Aaron to get a same day appointment - he was timely, professional and resolved my issue on the spot. I will certainly recommend and use them for myself going forward. Plus - bonus they have an app that allows DIYers to resolve their own problems at a very reasonable price.

Brandon worked to accommodate us on his arrival because we had another appointment. Arrived when promised, clearly knowledgeable, efficient, did more than he had to probably to be sure the shower doesn't clog up again. Cleaned up meticulously after himself. Definitely recommend them. Sounds like a plumbing company that does almost everything: sewer inspections, indoor, outdoor lines. And they've developed an app, plunjr, which connects you to a plumber if you're attempting a DIY job!
