We had a no-notice drain problem, and the response time was less than an hour. The plumber immediately knelt down to greet our dogs, so we knew things were going to go well -- and they did. He diagnosed the problem accurately, and taught us a thing or two about our house's plumbing. Now, the drains run well. Very pleasant and professional. Will recommend and hire again.

larratt bros have an online video call app to help you evaluate and fix plumbing issues yourself, this is a great option. help was terrific, he sent me a link to order right tool to fix, high praise.

My kitchen faucet decided that it was going to do the hula every time I used it. It swiveled where I didn't want it, and swiveled were I still didn't want it, and then swiveled where it made me mad because I really didn't want where it went. That's when I called Larratt Plumbing. We were referred to Larratt Brothers because our usual plumbers were not insured to work on an issue with our SubZero. Their visit revealed other problems: water heater was leaking, water pressure valve needed replacing. We spent over $6000.00 to correct everything, including replacing our water heater.
John and his assistant we wonderful.
Days later we had to call them back at which time John discovered the PRV valve they installed was faulty. They were happy to replace it but WE HAD TO PAY THE LABOR!! $275.

Fast, efficient and professional - a great combination of traits for a plumbing service. Here's how well things went when Larratt Bros. repaired a major water line leak for us last month.

Larratt came to us with a high recommendation as we faced a major leak repair on our main water line between our street meter and the house. Based on a leak detection target we'd gotten (from C.R. Cruz) the Larratt team arrived right on time the day after we called them and got right to work.

The job was a tough one, down deep and calling for a clever repair technique. The job was completed solidly - no leaks now!

Taking care to prep their work area the team treated us in a friendly yet professional manner, setting the expectations and communicating clearly about what would happen. Despite the rainy, cold conditions that day they kept at the job until it was done, including a cleanup where they'd had to pile the dug-up dirt when during the pipe repair.

We are completely satisfied with all aspects of their service and recommend Larratt Bros. Plumbing without hesitation.

These guys are the best -- if you want quality work, ""Go Larrat, bro"". We had an intermittent rumble, so I was worried that they would not be able to diagnose and fix it easily. They came out promptly, came at the time they said they would. Travis diagnosed it and made very good quality repair. Now that it has been two weeks without a rumble, I can confirm that it was fixed properly. As we say in the software business, ""Pick any two: Fast, Good, Cheap."" Larrat Bros are Very Good and Very Fast. Don't crimp on expense when plumbing is concerned.

What's worse than plumbing issues right before Thanksgiving?!?! Two days before Thanksgiving, we discovered a blockage between the property and the street. I called in the public utility - West Bay Sanitation - to help. They arrived within a couple of hours. Over 5 men, multiple trucks with equipment were brought in, many different attempts were made (they are super nice)...but not able to clear the blockage.

Travis of Larratt Brothers Plumbing attempted to clear the blockage the following day and was able to clear it in less than 45 minutes. I was shocked and super happy. Travis then corrected another problem that had arisen in the crawl space.

If you have ever had a plumbing problem at an inopportune time (e.g. Thanksgiving), you know how emotional it can be. I wanted to hug Travis, but he was covered with sewage so I held back. :-) Travis was a good communicator (he told me what was going on when it was going on), he is honest and he is obviously a great plumber! He tried hard to save me money by scheduling the appointment when it would not be overtime or higher costs. I feel very thankful that I he was referred to me by Guy Plumbing of Menlo Park.
