Called EcoClean and asked for advertised hydro jetting service to unclog my sewer line. Was told they do not do this service in a basement area. They tried two other methods and were unable to clear the line. Was charged 625.00 for that service. Was then given a quote to dig up the line and that there were no other options. Quoted 8500.00 plus for that job. I then hired another company that did do the hydro jetting and they cleared my clogged line easily for 500.00.

They had a tech at our location in less than an hour and the problem resolved less than an hour after that. Super service from oUr service tech Matt and overall just an excellent experience. Not only would I recommend them - I'll definitely use them again.

Very quick response! Hardworking and thorough, employee Keith Emory did a stellar job fixing a complex plumbing issue at our house. Price was fair considering the complexity of the issue and the amount of time it took. I hope we never need them again but if we do, I wouldn't consider calling anyone else.
